No one checked in my trailer after I dropped off the trailer. I followed up with uhaul cust. Service 5 or 6 times and they worked hard to resolve issue. Your customer service receives 5 stars. I just had problems with pick up anddrop offGordon R.

First off, they changed hands, original owners was great. Current owners is crappy. No lighting, they do t maintain units yard cleanliness and allow rodents to run amongst. Their hours of operation is bogus and they don’t answer phones. Another upsetting factor is the illiteracy of the present owner. He is your typical he knows everything but is actually very very stupid. Truck not at location when arrived to pick up. Never received a call that is wasn't there. Had to drive further to another location to get a truck. Code given to open box had different key in it then what contract said. Truck was almost out of gas. Truck did not have ramp and truck I was supposed to get did. Spent 45 Min on hold waiting to talk to someone just to get the contract changed . Was told by Chris a U HAUL rep that he would give a $50 credit because of troubles and it was not on the bill. Went to return the truck(mobile pickup/drop off) and when I clicked the link to return the truck and it said I had no reservation. Called the next day and waited 30 mins on hold just to talk to someone about it. Had to pay more mileage because truck was farther away. NOT HAPPY WITH EXPERIENCE. I want my $50 credited back to my card.Eric B.

The blankets were not in the truck also was on the phone for 1hr 30min trying to pick the truck up during this time call was lost twice and I have yet to hear from either of those people on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a1Ronnie C.
The whole process of checking out and returning the equipement using the app was extremely difficult and distressing. It took me 30 minutes to check out the truck with the help of an operator on the phone. Your IT department needs to overhaul the whole process. I can easily rent a car in 5 minutes. Yours should be no harder.Steve W.
The cost was outrageous. My husband and I moved ourselves from Marietta to Lafayette with the largest U-Haul, for almost the same price of $200. This weekend, I moved from my old classroom in Calhoun, to my classroom in Summerville and paid almost the same fee for 80 miles round trip as opposed to two 100 mile trips. My projected cost was not even close to that high, I'm very disappointed and will not be using U-Haul again.Erin I.

Have someone at facility to assist with rentals, the online way is a hassle and very slow. It took me about 30min just to get to point of retrieving access code for truck keys. There is no option to remove the safe move $14 insurance charge of which I didn't want. When I booked truck I told rep I wanted a 10' truck for use 2 or 3 days later. She said ok and gave price of $19.95 plus $.79/mi, I repeated and she affirmed this at end of phone booking. On day of pickup I got a 15' truck @ $29.95 plus $.99/mi.. This 4.5hr rental cost me around $88, I will not be using U-haul in future if I can help it. Truck was dirty inside can when picked up and I stated this as well as submitted pics, when returned I was asked if it was clean for next customer so I said no, U-haul was going to charge me another $25 to clean what I told them was already dirty before I used it. Needless to say I changed that response to yes it's clean. I got done what I needed but extremely unsatisfied with the experience.dana P.

I requested an appliance dolly and 2 furniture dollies. I was given a regular dolly and only 1 furniture dolly. If these things weren't available i should have been notified ahead of time so i could make other arrangements. Im not pleased with the communication of this process. Also, this location may need a public wifi bc i had issues with cell signal in the parking lot trying to pick up the truck.Kelly H.

Mr. Kim who runs the uhaul in N Main Lafayette ga is very helpful and courteous w went out of his way to help me .I have been with Uhaul for 10 years and I like it. They are always been very attentive to my needs. I will recommend uhaul to anybody.Carolyn H.
Their really need no improvements at this location. I would rate this location a 20 out of 10. Fast and friendly service. The one at Easy Gun and Pawn in Summerville Ga I would rate that one a -20 out of 10. The worker their is very rude and service is very slow. My fault for not taking pictures, but I'm being overcharged by $30 for mileage I did not use. Uhaul was at 49699.0 miles when I picked it up, dropped it off with 49732.7 miles, but I am being charged for 62 miles. Will not use again.Rebecca G.
The U-Haul Company went beyond their normal excellent service to help this young couple with their move. It took them a couple of extra days to find a place to live after arriving in Georgia and U-Haul was kind enough to not charge for the extra days, keeping them from having to unload into a storage facility and then reload and move to their house. AS USUAL, UHAUL HAS PROVEN WHY THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I will never use another comapny for truck or trailer rental, be it locally for a day or for a cross-countyry move. THANK YOU for remembering that it is the customer who keeps the company in business!!Alan L.
