Not responsible at all. I returned the truck and it turns out the officer took extra 6 hours to process. I got double charges for the insurance. Never go there again.
Lei STell the next customer to avoid this location. I waived cdw coverage and was still charged, van was packed in an alley backdoor with trash fulminating all over and bird shit all over. Service was poor to say the least
