The crew was not very well versed in U-Haul rentals and instructed me to install the mobile app and complete the self-service process on my own. The person available at pickup was helpful and provided assistance, but no one else engaged or offered support during the return process. The app is filled with upsell prompts and add-on offers, which makes the overall experience feel cluttered and spammy.
