The location was fine. It is a Lutheran Charitable organization. But it is a church parking lot, where I was told to "just park in front of a gray shipping container" and leave the keys in an "UNLOCKED" box. The location was clean and inviting in that it is in the middle of a church parking lot. There was no one there to be helpful. Zero confidence that the truck will be there when you go to pick it up. I have never worked with U-Haul and will never do it again.

Jaroslaw PAbsolutely terrible. You guys gave me a vehicle with a faulty passenger side mirrors. Essentially I was driving on the expressway and had no way to check my mirror to go right. After stopping once I got off the exit I fixed the mirror to my liking. Once I got back on the expressway to come home again it moved and I had no mirror to be able to see and go right.
