Make check easier it too a long time to many pictures and confusing

Brian HarrisonI found it odd that the truck was not filled, generally when I rent a uhaul truck, it is always full and I would return it full. Not a big deal but figured I'd mention. Otherwise all was good with the rental, the staff there helped me complete the rental by helping me with the app, as it was giving me some slight trouble.
CLAYTON BOLANDDonot charge a cleaning fee for a truck that does not need cleaning. Donot use MB Garage for renting a truck.
Fred JoobIt would be VERY helpful if a warning popped up to let the renter know that 24hr pickups are not available when also reserving extra items like moving dollies and blankets (with smaller 10' trucks). I was not able to pick up the truck before the shop opened and all got was an error on the app which led to a lot of wasted time. The customer should get a CLEAR message as to WHY the pickup option is not available (because of the extra items) and ALSO give the customer the option of cancelling the extra items to allow for the truck to get picked up.
David SchuhAs long as this is standard procedure, the MB Garage fellow met me in the shop as I walked in , He saw me driving in I expect but didn't need my name or U Haul papers . He just said park trailer by other U - Haul trailers and leave it there. I asked If need to do anything else and he said no - turned and walked away. So hope that is all I needed to do . Worked good for moving a washer and dryer. Thanks
Rick PhelpsMake sure all trucks are fully fueled before the rental begins. I got dinged for 4 extra gallons of fuel for $22 because the previous renter left the tank at 5/8 full and when I rented it the was 1/2 full. I’m sure the gage read 5/8 but after it was parked and stared up and moved around the lit it only registered 1/2. BS!!!!!
Randy VossSome confusion with logging transactions. A second haul employee canceled order because she thought I had missed pickup time. My pickup time was a day later. I could have miss having a van since only one was available.
David ParmerIt was a relatively easy drop-off, but as this was at a repair garage that works with U-Haul, the staff was limited, and the person who handles the rentals and drop-offs wasn't in yet when I returned the vehicle. The people that were there were friendly.
Dayle DickFirst the location told us we could do mobile pickup outside of normal house because we needed the uhaul at 7:30. When in went to check in our pick up, it told me the location had changed it to in person pick-up and we had to wait till they opened at 8:30. Then at 8:30 the location manager was 20 minutes late and didn’t even apologize. Will never be using that location again.

Fred JoobNo moving blankets were available so we were told to go to another location - upon returning the trailer and blankets, staff was rude and seemed confused about accepting blankets that were from another location even though we called and made sure everything was fine beforehand.

Gentleman showing me the trailer didn't know what tires should be inflated to, person working the counter couldn't find my reservation, and they stated "the equipment isn't ours and we really don't care what condition it is. we just provide the service." Didn't give me a lot of confidence.

Lachell JeffriesThis location MB Garage was in a dead zone for cellular pick up of the truck. After 45 minutes of trying to register on line I was kicked out of the internet I called the help line. I was given the keys to the wrong truck. I ordered a 26 foot and was given a 10 foot truck. The truck did not have the pads I ordered and I was charged for them. I drove the truck 22 miles it gets 13 miles to a gallon and I was charged for 6 gallons of gas. Wrong truck, charged for Pads I never received, and gas I did not use.

Colin JohnsonTeach them to not lie and overcharge people. Actually show them which truck instead of just throwing them the keys. Maybe don't tell customers that all the $20 trucks are rented for the weekend and only the expensive ones are available when none of the small trucks moved all weekend. It's not hard to tell when they're all still covered in snow. Teach them not to tell people that it can be returned anytime the next day as long as it's before midnight and then charge another day the second it passes 5pm.

Terence CabakSimplify the process. I'm not really good with using my phone and it was difficult to figure out how and what to do. But other than the phone, it was excellent.
John ODonnellThere is no issue with actual pickup/drop off locations . The #1 issue is with the corporate scheduling function. The requested location was not the location that was provided. And I verified with the requested location that there were trucks available. FIX the scheduling problem. It damages the brand!
Patrick MurphyThe U-Haul was great I would definitely rent another trailer from Uhaul. The Location was not so great. Nobody really knew what they were doing. It took me almost 35 minutes to get out of there when I rented it and I was the only one there. When I returned it at night I called the next morning to make sure it was checked in and nobody knew it was even there. I called again about five hours later to make sure it was checked back in and the man told me it wasn’t but he would have my word that he would check it in. I was frustrated and concerned that damage could’ve been done to it or something before it was checked in. It was Like this location didn’t care about the U-Haul service just their business.

LAVERN PIERCEThe truck was not parked by the others in the lot. We couldn’t find it at first. Turns out it was behind the building, on the other side. We had to call to try to figure out if we could get another truck since we couldn’t find ours. After we found it we had to call back because a different lock was on it than the one on our email. The woman We spoke with was very helpful each time we called. She was able to figure out the combination for us. The process was kind of a pain, but was resolved.
Douglas MurrayYour software sucks. I had to take three pictures of my license, before the program would recognize the front of my license. When dropping off the trailer, the software wouldn't let me use a picture, that was less then five minutes old.

James FatigatoYou can make the system work. I reserved a 17' truck on Friday. After I received the confirmation I tried to do the early registration stuff so I wouldn't have to do so much on Sunday. It said I didn't have a reservation even though I had a # & used that # to try to find it. I called on Saturday & spoke to a Tammy. She said I couldn't do any of that until I was on site due to GPS location in the app.. When I went to pick it up on Sunday I once again was told by your app that I had no reservation. I then started over. I could only get a 15' truck because I guess that 17' was reserved for me but my reservation didn't exist. I spent 45 minutes getting my reservation completed with my paid helper standing idly by. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the past 3 months when trying to rent through your online system. I have had much better success renting in person, I have only had 1 successful online rental out of 6. I really feel ripped off.
