Designated truck was parked in the lot unlocked with no keys to be found or response from on-site manager. Customer service representative helped by granting me access to another truck on the lot. Overall suboptimal experience on my move-in date. Would recommend that site manager be available for contact when issues arise.

This was my first time renting a uhaul and everyone at this location was not very helpful. When I walked into the office I was confused of it was where I was supposed to go because the door under the big sign was locked so I went onto a different door. When I asked the man if I was in the right place to rent a uhaul he was very rude and sarcastic, he responded "Yeah it is we have a sign on the door right here and on the window saying it is dont we?!" I apologized and explained i just was checking. He went and got the guy to help. He was pleasant enough. Gave me the key and pointed to the lot and sent me on my way. No other Information about how to return or anything. The inside of the truck wasn't very clean but it was fine, not really an issue. It had a half tank, I only used like 14miles on it. When I returned it I parked it exactly how I picked it up locked all the doors and went back up with the keys. The rude guy helped me again then got the uhaul guy. When he came out I told him I parked and locked it. He was rude and said "OH you didnt have to lock the door, actually we prefer you dont so it doesn't get the windows broke with a theft." I explain that I didnt know that.. no one told me no leave it unlocked. Then he asked how many miles were left I told him I was unsure, I didnt know I needed to record that when I got back.(the lot was in a grass lot a walk around the back) he then asked where I left the gas i told him it barely moved. The rudely said he needed to go look so we walk back to it. He told me the cost was $75. That was what it estimated for 25 miles. But we didnt use that many. The price didnt go down at all. He then tells me that I was supposed to fill the tank back where I got it. I again told him I was unaware that no one told me. He said even though I didnt use all 25 miles that the price is 75 because of the gas. It was overall not a good experience. I wouldn't absolutely not recommend the location.
