Ordered furniture dolly’s (they’re longer) and was not available however they did have the 4 wheel rolling ones. I was transferred to this location as there was not a size available in my area and the truck itself had the check engine light off sounding like it was gonna give out on us. The location I was at needs to update their address as it takes you to a back alley with no information on the place you need to go to check in and get the keys (on the total opposite side in a boutique but it’s not listed as that) the lady at the desk was very sweet and she was doing a great job trying to help us out. Her alone made the stressful experience much better !

I was to take a 20 ft van but when I got into it, it would not start. Mamu called her contact immediately asking what to do. Turned out the 26 footer had just come back. I was able to take that for the cost of the 20ft. Great location, great store that Uhaul and a great person to deal with. Sometimes I just wish it was still zero dollars per km.😊. Paying that fee now sometimes hurts the pocketbook.

Kathleen FEnsure professionalism is present among staff. Many invalid excuses when it comes refueling policy, and 24 hours rental policy did not exist. Too many discrepancies in the contract, and unfriendly staff in this location . I would not recommend this location to anyone. Get a moving rental vehicle from different locations, but this ono if you want to save time and money. But the customer service lady I spoke with was beyond amazing, she the most outstanding human being on earth. Kudos to her.. she was able to resolve the issue that I had , after my time had been wasted in dealing with poor service. I won’t rent from this location ever again, not worth the stress and headaches. Vehicle was clean and overcharged me with the services.
