Ensure professionalism is present among staff. Many invalid excuses when it comes refueling policy, and 24 hours rental policy did not exist. Too many discrepancies in the contract, and unfriendly staff in this location . I would not recommend this location to anyone. Get a moving rental vehicle from different locations, but this ono if you want to save time and money. But the customer service lady I spoke with was beyond amazing, she the most outstanding human being on earth. Kudos to her.. she was able to resolve the issue that I had , after my time had been wasted in dealing with poor service. I won’t rent from this location ever again, not worth the stress and headaches. Vehicle was clean and overcharged me with the services.

The people that we went to to get the U-Haul in Sherwood Park are a lot better than the people in Vacaville. They were useless didn’t help and the computer bull crap is useless for people that are not technology smart so you guys need to figure out your technology shit
