Very friendly, very helpful and even called to let me know that we had left a backpack in the truck. They agreed to meet us back at the shop at our convenience to retrieve it. I onlybgave them a 5 Star rating because that's as high as it goes! Love these people and this location.

Matthew HThis was my second time rentin trucks/car hauler and TRYING to return to this location. BOTH times I arrived on days and times they were supposed to be open only to find a locked gate and no answer to phone calls. There is no after hours drop box for keys so we are left standing there wondering what to do since UHaul charges extra to drop off at a different location than what was originally scheduled on the contract.

Scottie JThe location was not open as advertised when I went to unload my vehicle from your car hauler so I could unload the truck. I finally got the mgr. on the phone who said to just drop off the trailer near the locked front gate. I asked who is responsible for the trailer at that point and was told dont worry about it.

Latosha HThe location itself was fine, but I booked online to get a different sized truck in a different location, and was called days later to tell me the availability had changed. I ended up having to pay more for a bigger truck and drive further out of my way to get it. Again, this was not this location's fault, just very frustrated with the online reservation system.
