It is incredibly disrespectful: they list a pickup location on the website, but then change it twice when you go to pick up the vehicle. They give you a dirty truck and then charge you a cleaning fee, even though my furniture got dirty from the filth already in the truck—yet I’m the one who has to pay to clean the truck? Who pays for cleaning my furniture? I am still waiting for a response, as I have proof that the truck was handed over to me dirty.

Phillip MThe only downside to this location is that if a U-Haul is booked on the weekends, there is no one to assist on getting through the gate. And when the security line was used, they instructed me to come back on Monday because no one could open the gate which was totally unacceptable. I would like to encourage possibly some kind of exception to customers who book U-Haul’s at this location on a weekend, to be allowed through the gate with or without assistance.
