Poor customer service. I selected the 24/7 truck share option but it didn't allow me to check in. I had to go into the store to get the vehicle. The person there had no idea what to do and handed me the phone to someone else to try to figure out where my reservation was located. I was charged 75.50 for fuel charges even though I brought the truck back with the same amount of fuel as when I picked up the truck and they lied about the amount of fuel remaining. I would never advise anyone to rent from this location and plan on submitting a Better Business Bureau complaint as well if the company doesn't refund my money for fuel chargesDANIEL P.

The U-Haul agent was not on site. It was not an easy experience with the check in and check out especially having to use my mobile phone. I would prefer to go to a U-Haul dealer not someone doing it on the side.Larry L.
I was unable to do online no contact check-in. When I got to the location and tried to check-in online I was directed to a screen that said I had to go find assistance. I went in the gas station and then had to wait for the attendant to call someone and then speak with a rep who I could barely understand on the gas station cordless phone. The truck was not in great condition. There was no a/c in the truck and it was a pretty hot day. The truck was not cleaned. The dolly was missing and blankets were out when I received the truck, so I was(and still am) worried about getting charged for items I did not take or use. I reported that the truck front needed to be cleaned and on the check out screen there was a $25 cleaning fee. I said the fee was not correct before submitting. All in all a lot worse than my last move with u-haul.Sarah B.

Don't have a padlock on the 17' truck that I reserved the day before, giving me a 10' truck instead, forcing me to take twice as many trips.Elijah Jordan R.
I suggest you drop this third party location. The man/owner was very rude and hurtful to me. The drop off is in the back of the building with no signs indicating. I wasn't feeling good that day. My breathing was bad. My Asthma was flaring up so when I went to turn in the key the man said I had to park in the back and I said can I just park it up front because I can not do a lot of walking because of my Asthma. He then said to me "Oh the walking would be good for you" in a sarcastic way. He made this comment in front of customers which made me feel some kind of way. I ask him did he know what Asthma was? He didn't seem interested.....so to avoid more embarrassment I went back to the truck and parked it in the back. I called for a ride and just sat in the uhaul truck until my ride came. Then I had my driver pull up to the front so I can turn in my key. I will never ever return back to that location. He needs to be trained on customer satisfaction, how to speak to people and take a class on how to show empathy and respect instead of hurtful things to customers.Laura L.
My bill includes an $18.55 fuel charge. I returned the truck with the exact amount of fuel it had when I picked it up - 3/4 of a tank. When I noticed the tank was not full upon picking up the truck, I told the attendant about this. He requested I take a picture of it to verify the amount of fuel, see the attached photo. I returned it with the same 3/4 of a tank. I should not be charged for fuel, then. Let me know when the $18.55 fuel charge will be removed from my bill. Scott Ritchey Contract #: 23818160Scott R.
The gentleman at the counter was extremely rude. I had requested some type of form or proof of return, he refused. After going back and forth to explain that i just want a copy or something tangible , he handed me the truck keys and told me to ' Just take it somewhere else then' 1..... Will not be back to this location.. not even for just gas!!Deasha T.

Retrain them. Agent was not ready when I arrived. And its was almost 2 days after I dropped off the truck before they processed the vehicle. Uhaul.com called me the day after I dropped off the truck to see if I still had the truck. Having checked the reviews for this agent they are extremely poor.Jeff V.
