I've dealt with this location a few times now and would avoid if it weren't the option given for drop off location. Both times the owner has been rude and negative throughout. He isn't shy about letting the customer know he's displeased about them dropping off equipment instead of taking it away.Bryan R.

I reserved a trailer to pick up around 10:00 a.m. When I arrived at 10:15, no one was at the facility. There was a note on the door and I called the number. The attendant asked if I had a reservation (he didn't know) and what time. When I told him, he said that I was 20 minutes late and that he had left for the day and hung up on me. I tried 3 times to call, but he wouldn't answer. I called the Uhaul customer service. About 10 minutes later the attendant arrived, was very rude, told me that I had cost him gas money and time. When I told him that I did not appreciate his attitude, he asked if I wanted the trailer (threatening to keep me from it). He had a poor attitude and terrible personal skills. We were lucky to find a spot to park in. There was only 1 open spot and no room to turn around had we not been able to snag that spot. The parking lot was full of another company's vehicles (mid cumberland something or other). The person who drove with us to give us a ride back had to park across the street in the gas station and wait for us to complete our check out process. We arrived before 5 pm but never saw anyone on site so just did the online check in/return process.LYNNE R.

When we got in the vehicle - it was at 1/8th of a tank and the contract says it was at 1/4. Also there was a table in the back. And also they lied about the mileage. It was at 116131 and the contract said 116000 that's 131 miles worth of over charges he charged me. Plus, I had to bring the tank back at 1/4 tank when I got it at 1/8.Stephen L.
Our reservation was at 10am. When we got there, there was a note on the door saying to call a number. We called and was told they did not open until 12pm. Our reservation was 10am. This put us two hours behind. The person that answered at this location did not even care. Awful customer service. We have also called this place in the past and they hardly ever pick up the phone. They need to be open when they are supposed to be open. This caused us to have a stressful move.Guy P.

Location showed that it was open so went to drop it off, there was a note on the door to call a #. Called and was told just to drop it off and they will check it in later. As I was undoing the trailer the guy walks up and says "Well it looks like yall need help, as it looks like yall are trying to figure out geometry." I got it undone and the trailer started to go backwards he said just let it go it will stop in the grass about 100 feet back. This was disturbing and not very friendly.SAMUEL N.

The owner was a total A-hole. My reservation was to pick up at this store, near my old house and drop off at a store an hour away at my new homes location. The owner come out and asked me if I would bring the truck back to him because, and I quote, "it doesn't make sense for my truck to get dropped off at another location." When I refused because of the inconvenience, he got very confrontational. I eventually told him he was going to have to figure it out because I wasn't bringing it back to him and i left. Extremely rude and disrespectful. The truck was great the customer service at Main Street Laundry was horrible.Justin G.

I forget the gentleman's name now but he was incredibly helpful through the whole process. He worked with us to evaluate possibly towed trailer options and provided excellent guidance on the best rental for our needs. Highly doubtful that I'll find myself in Ashland City, TN again but if I needed a Uhaul in that area, I'd certainly be a return customer!!Victoria M.

We returned the truck back within the six hour period, we chose not to use the blankets or the dolly, and returned it back with half a tank. There was no damages. The next day the agent charges us another fee. There are several little stores in a row, the only signage is the drop box for the keys hanging on a wall.Donald C.

This location skipped over a equipment rental and didn't put the equipment on the truck. Called customer service and they advised that the store I rented from never had the equipment and should have been notified. Called the location of pickup and they had the equipment just didn't see it on the order and he would be more than happy to give it to me in a few hours when he got back to location. We were done moving by the time he got back to location. No call to confirm rental the night before like the email states.Jason B.
