I forget the gentleman's name now but he was incredibly helpful through the whole process. He worked with us to evaluate possibly towed trailer options and provided excellent guidance on the best rental for our needs. Highly doubtful that I'll find myself in Ashland City, TN again but if I needed a Uhaul in that area, I'd certainly be a return customer!!

I wasn't able to do the pick up online. It didn't recognize my password then it said I times out then it was something else. We finally just called the number on the door and he came and finished everything up

I rented a car dolly from uhaul in ashland city,tn. He was very nice, and hooked it up for me and explained exactly how to use it. And the price was real reasonable. I will recommend them and use them again.

I had issues using the after hours drop off site. Despite me checking several times that my location was turned on in my browser, the site would not recognize my location.

The owner, Email , was very nice & hooked everything up for us.

We returned the truck back within the six hour period, we chose not to use the blankets or the dolly, and returned it back with half a tank. There was no damages. The next day the agent charges us another fee. There are several little stores in a row, the only signage is the drop box for the keys hanging on a wall.

This location skipped over a equipment rental and didn't put the equipment on the truck. Called customer service and they advised that the store I rented from never had the equipment and should have been notified. Called the location of pickup and they had the equipment just didn't see it on the order and he would be more than happy to give it to me in a few hours when he got back to location. We were done moving by the time he got back to location. No call to confirm rental the night before like the email states.

Location and the people was great to work with! The Uhaul people not so much! Had an issue with the truck and the H haul person I talked to was very rude and promised me I would be payed to unload the truck and reload my stuff on a different truck but then they billed me for fuel that wasn't even suppose to be in the truck! U Haul was very disappointing and I won't use U Haul again! The U Haul people lied to me! That's not cool!

Either the suspension or a tire caused a frequent shaking that was severe enough to blur the mirrors. It also caused substantial discomfort.

Get rid of the dishonest employee! Nothing but lie after lie and had no idea how to complete the paper work. We moved 30 miles one way...a total of 60 miles, he says we went 118 miles and charged us extra miles. There was other things he did as well that were not accurate, but not even worth writing about because We will never use U haul again because of our experience here.

The reservation situation was an absolute mess. Two reservations were fumbled, one using the app and one made directly with a service rep on the phone. It has us running from location to location at 10pm. The only reason we got the truck at all was because the owner of the Ashland City location happened to need something from his office and had a truck available. He was amazing and helpful. The location is highly recommended but the “pick up yourself 24/7 option” is very risky and apparently probe to fail. I hope they can improve this option in the future.

I was told .79 cents per mile but was charged .99 cents per mile, thats not much but it does make for bad business practices.

Place was not open had to leave keys in a drop box now today I get an email ( 4 days later) that you're charging me for an extra day though I returned it on time. There was no one there to see. Called your customer service and have been on hold for 20 minutes!!!

There were no signs for office or key drop-off, just a couple of U-haul vehicles in the parking lot. When to 3 different buildings around the parking lot and asked people where the U-haul office was located. All three people who work in each one of the buildings had no idea. Called the U-haul number for the office and voicemail was full. Called U-Haul Operator at 800 number and they said to leave the keys in the visor. Wasted approximately 1 hour trying to do find the office or key drop-off.
