This is the same truck I rented previously and I posted a review mentioning that it ran VERY ROUGH. It feels like the transmission is slipping and it ran very hard. I think the truck needs to be serviced.

I'd still use this location because I want to support Ashland City businesses but the truck interior was dirty and the truck ran really rough. It sounds like the transmission is going out.

Matthew LReserved trailer from one location for an 0800 hrs pickup. Received call two days prior to pickup for a different location at 1000 hrs.
WILLIAM SI arrived after hours on 10/11 and had to use the app. I had nothing but trouble with the app. I called the office on 10/12 to make sure they knew I returned the truck, because I received no confirmation Email. Today is 10/14 and I still have not received any confirmation email that acknowledges that I returned the truck.
Cliff SI brought the trailer back at 4:36pm on 10/12 and the store was closed (I believe I saw someone leaving as I pulled up). Per the hours of operation posted, the business should have been open until 5pm. I contacted the phone number on the website to determine how I could unhook the tailor from my car myself (as someone with Uhaul assisted me when they put it on at the pick up location). The individual who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and the call went out. When I called back, it went straight to voice-mail. I was able to unhook the trailer eventually, but not without being very frustrated and scared as there was a major storm occurring during this situation. Someone being at the location when it was supposed to still be open would have been helpful. As well, someone on the phone being able to assist me through the process would have also been helpful.

Kevin BI’ve dealt with this location a few times now and would avoid if it weren’t the option given for drop off location. Both times the owner has been rude and negative throughout. He isn’t shy about letting the customer know he’s displeased about them dropping off equipment instead of taking it away.
Bryan RI reserved a trailer to pick up around 10:00 a.m. When I arrived at 10:15, no one was at the facility. There was a note on the door and I called the number. The attendant asked if I had a reservation (he didn’t know) and what time. When I told him, he said that I was 20 minutes late and that he had left for the day and hung up on me. I tried 3 times to call, but he wouldn’t answer. I called the Uhaul customer service. About 10 minutes later the attendant arrived, was very rude, told me that I had cost him gas money and time. When I told him that I did not appreciate his attitude, he asked if I wanted the trailer (threatening to keep me from it). He had a poor attitude and terrible personal skills. I will rent from a different company in the future. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

James BWe were lucky to find a spot to park in. There was only 1 open spot and no room to turn around had we not been able to snag that spot. The parking lot was full of another company's vehicles (mid cumberland something or other). The person who drove with us to give us a ride back had to park across the street in the gas station and wait for us to complete our check out process. We arrived before 5 pm but never saw anyone on site so just did the online check in/return process.

george pWhen we got in the vehicle - it was at 1/8th of a tank and the contract says it was at 1/4. Also there was a table in the back. And also they lied about the mileage. It was at 116131 and the contract said 116000 that’s 131 miles worth of over charges he charged me. Plus, I had to bring the tank back at 1/4 tank when I got it at 1/8.
Stephen LOur reservation was at 10am. When we got there, there was a note on the door saying to call a number. We called and was told they did not open until 12pm. Our reservation was 10am. This put us two hours behind. The person that answered at this location did not even care. Awful customer service. We have also called this place in the past and they hardly ever pick up the phone. They need to be open when they are supposed to be open. This caused us to have a stressful move.

DEBRA HLocation showed that it was open so went to drop it off, there was a note on the door to call a #. Called and was told just to drop it off and they will check it in later. As I was undoing the trailer the guy walks up and says "Well it looks like yall need help, as it looks like yall are trying to figure out geometry." I got it undone and the trailer started to go backwards he said just let it go it will stop in the grass about 100 feet back. This was disturbing and not very friendly.

DAVID HThe owner was a total A-hole. My reservation was to pick up at this store, near my old house and drop off at a store an hour away at my new homes location. The owner come out and asked me if I would bring the truck back to him because, and I quote, "it doesn't make sense for my truck to get dropped off at another location." When I refused because of the inconvenience, he got very confrontational. I eventually told him he was going to have to figure it out because I wasn't bringing it back to him and i left. Extremely rude and disrespectful. The truck was great the customer service at Main Street Laundry was horrible.
