As soon as they saw the U-Haul pull in, a gentleman came out of the store to greet us and gather the information he needed. We were able to drop off the truck quickly and easily. Very friendly staff in the store as well.

HEATHER MVan was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He had suggestions and they were very helpful. For U-Haul… I received an email that stated the address to go to and it was incorrect. Aleana helped me on the phone get to the correct location. Not sure why I did not get that information prior to my arrival.
KRISTI CTruck was a rotation truck aka beater and drove as such . Seems paying the same price and premium mileage you would get something of better quality.
DONNIE HI had a great experience from start to finish. The location staff was attentive at both the beginning and end, and the van was ready on time plus it worked perfectly.
