I love when the truck is full of gas to start the reservation. Unfortunately, this truck was not and I had to fill it full from starting at 1/8 tank. I think it should be UHAUL's priority to refill the gas full before giving to a customer. Staff was very friendly at this location.BRANDON F.

It would be nice if it were made clear if I could leave my car there while I borrow the truck. I wasn't sure so I brought my wife with me to drop me off and then to pick me back up. This next part has nothing to do with the location, but rather the app for the pickup/return process. During the pickup process, it took nearly 15 minutes of waiting on a screen that said "Awaiting approval..." with no additional feedback or anything. I tried using the chat box to talk to an agent and the only reply I received was "Please wait while we process your approval." UHaul had all my info before this time (name, drivers license, etc) so I feel the approval process should take place before I even show up to pick up the truck. The return process was extremely frustrating. I tried using the app, allowed it to use my location, entered the mileage from the odometer, fuel level and then took a picture of both. However, the app would then fail to upload the image (without any error message or anything). I tried at least 10 times but it wouldn't upload the image, wouldn't let me proceed without an image, and there was no phone number I could call to get additional information. I ended up using the browser on my phone to finally get it working, but it took well over 15 minutes to figure it out, which was the last thing I wanted to do after being hot, sweaty and worn out from moving a bunch of stuff. The idea of using an app for both pickup and return is really nice. In practice, though, it needs further testing before I feel like its really ready to go.RONALD R.

needs lighting around the lock box. It is attached to a cow fence in the country. But at 2:30 AM, the operator called me and offered to leave the comfort of her home to help me locate the box and secure the rental - way way over the top service - the rest of UHAUL needs to pay attention - she gets it.TIMOTHY H.

Wet muddy pig farm no solid surface and then was charged for cleaning upon return and after hrs return fee very unprofessional and would like adjustement also return truck with ore gas than it had when i picked it up very unsatisfactory this is very unprofessional.TROY D.
