It is not the fault of this location, But I was supposed to pick up my truck 5 min from my Austin Texas Location. but when I got to the store they said I had to pick it up at this location which is 1 hour 40min away. Not the best customer service for U Haul and not calling me a day before to let me know. The reason for the equipment not well is they had no pads for me.David K.

I want to give a special thank you to the station attendant. I had attached my padlock keys to the truck key and accidentally dropped them both into the drop box. He was kind enough to come out and open the box and allow me to get my padlock keys back.mark F.

I went to get my uhaul and while it was there, it was blocked by another truck. I asked the woman at the front office to move the truck but she refused. There was no way for me to get the trailer out and I had to leave it there and come back the next day to get it. She charged me for the day that I did not have the trailer. She was rude, hung up on me twice when I called the next day to confirm the trailer was ready to get and was overall not helpful.Sara N.
The only person there was very lacking in knowledge of what was needed to connect a trailer to a vehicle. When I asked for a four pin connector wire, she had no clue. After trying to figure where I could come up with one she finally came up with one for me.Tim K.
First of all the gal you I had to interrupt her cell phone useage at the counter was not so friendly! If that was my employee, she would have been gone that afternoon, on a Friday, regardless. If she did not want to be there that day, JUST quit you damn job! I hope she did not represent Uhaul company, believe these are contract joints that try to make a buck! Never doing this before, I asked her is there any papers or receipt I need to get from you before I leave, she repield , just leave the key I we will get it later, turned her back to went back to setting on your little high stool agains the wall, back messing with her cell phone. Really people!, NEVER bite the hand that feeds you! I guess some don't see it that way, Anyway Malloys will get more from me later...... I returned the tow dolly 2 days early and the person did not know how to check it in. I have had nothing but issues and when I tried to call the next day to have them resolved the person hung the phone up on me. As far as I know I am still waiting for them to be resolved.HAROLD R.

I was not told the location and went to my preferred location. They made me wait for about 20 minutes only to tell me I had to drive 15 more miles to get the truck. No email or text telling me the location had changed.Ann M.
Tire was visibly low, they had no tire gauge or way to pump up. We drove it to a station 10 miles awayand paid to add 40 lbs of pressure to tire. Not knowing if it would hold air, luckily it did.Peggy Y.

There is zero assistance for trailers. Many people rent trailers by themselves and also ladies. You're basically on your own with no assistance hooking up or backing trailers back in their spots. Terrible customer service.Melanie T.

There's no after hours key drop box. I returned truck on time, according to my contract. I could not get the uhaul page to go through so I could return it. The employee was there sitting in her car. I asked that I not be charged for another day but I was charged an extra $61. I was also told the man at the drop off was supposed to call me. But he didn't. The on-line reservation process you guys have was a complete JOKE! When I made the reservation, it stated I would receive a call the day before the scheduled pickup, instead I receive a text message stating my reservation had changed and I would have to go to a different town all together to get the trailer I needed. When I tried to call back to find out more about this, your telephone system put me on hold and it took my forever to talk to anyone about when and where I needed to go. That exercise was completely unsatisfactory as well as very frustrating. The woman at the pickup location them was not able to help me hooked up the trailer and did not know how to do it. I had to hook it up myself and hoped it was connected correctly. I have been through this process with U-haul before and was expecting someone to inspect the trailer and my vehicle to make sure everything was safe to pull down the highway, this time nothing. I did not even get a copy of a receipt showing it was rented or anything.Mark L.

I called ahead the day prior just to be sure the equipment was there. This helped a lot and on the day of pickup, all went without a hitch and the people at the Uhaul location were pleasant and very willing to help.Joe T.
Owner was 20 minutes late to store (9:00 am pick up time)--I had people waiting to load the truck. Owner made a point of telling me that the truck had a new style ramp that did not require lifting it and hooking it in after pulling it out, but it did not have a new style ramp. Not a big deal, but not sure why he made a point of telling me it did.Robert B.

I set up a rental by phone in College Station and was told they had the trailer I needed. When I got there, they told me they did not have the trailer and I needed to drive 45 mile to another town to pick up and return the trailer. When you bait and switch your customer, how can you expect them to want to use U Haul again.don P.
The company, not the location, blew it. I had received. When I arrived confirmation from the manager of the location 3 days prior to my scheduled pick up date. when I arrived the trailer was not there - it had been rented to another customer. This cost me money and a great deal of trouble as I had lined up a crew to load it. The manager was great. He got right on the problem and did a good job of locating another trailer. Unfortunately it took several hours to get another trailer and by the time we could get to the location, the weather had turned bad. we had to put it off a day and this cost me money. The manager was most helpful but the company is to blame for this screw-up and I am not happy.Tom F.
