There's no after hours key drop box. I returned truck on time, according to my contract. I could not get the uhaul page to go through so I could return it. The employee was there sitting in her car. I asked that I not be charged for another day but I was charged an extra $61. I was also told the man at the drop off was supposed to call me. But he didn't. I will not recommend this place.Michelle D.

The on-line reservation process you guys have was a complete JOKE! When I made the reservation, it stated I would receive a call the day before the scheduled pickup, instead I receive a text message stating my reservation had changed and I would have to go to a different town all together to get the trailer I needed. When I tried to call back to find out more about this, your telephone system put me on hold and it took my forever to talk to anyone about when and where I needed to go. That exercise was completely unsatisfactory as well as very frustrating. The woman at the pickup location them was not able to help me hooked up the trailer and did not know how to do it. I had to hook it up myself and hoped it was connected correctly. I have been through this process with U-haul before and was expecting someone to inspect the trailer and my vehicle to make sure everything was safe to pull down the highway, this time nothing. I did not even get a copy of a receipt showing it was rented or anything.Mark L.

I called ahead the day prior just to be sure the equipment was there. This helped a lot and on the day of pickup, all went without a hitch and the people at the Uhaul location were pleasant and very willing to help.Joe T.
Owner was 20 minutes late to store (9:00 am pick up time)--I had people waiting to load the truck. Owner made a point of telling me that the truck had a new style ramp that did not require lifting it and hooking it in after pulling it out, but it did not have a new style ramp. Not a big deal, but not sure why he made a point of telling me it did.Robert B.

I set up a rental by phone in College Station and was told they had the trailer I needed. When I got there, they told me they did not have the trailer and I needed to drive 45 mile to another town to pick up and return the trailer. When you bait and switch your customer, how can you expect them to want to use U Haul again.don P.
The company, not the location, blew it. I had received. When I arrived confirmation from the manager of the location 3 days prior to my scheduled pick up date. when I arrived the trailer was not there - it had been rented to another customer. This cost me money and a great deal of trouble as I had lined up a crew to load it. The manager was great. He got right on the problem and did a good job of locating another trailer. Unfortunately it took several hours to get another trailer and by the time we could get to the location, the weather had turned bad. we had to put it off a day and this cost me money. The manager was most helpful but the company is to blame for this screw-up and I am not happy.Tom F.
