Everything was good with the u-haul it had good tires all the lights worked the only thing I had to point out was there was fender damage on it but that was before I got it but it was it was it was good all all around the board the service station that that did the the rental process was very helpful very knowledgeable of what I needed to know and they were very very careful on making sure everything worked

had to wait 45 min for someone to show up after opening time to pick up equipment
Heath Wthe two people who were in the atstion, one was just sitting there and didn't even acknolwedge my existence, the girl that did respond was freindly but she didn't actually check it in, she had to call her boss to get it checked in and I didn't get any kind of confirmation that it was checked in until later which made me nervous.

SHONTE CI reserved at a store in College Station. The day before they called and said they did not have it and sent me an extra 2 hours away. What’s the point of a reservation system if it does not reserve what it says it will? Very frustrating.
