The store rep was SO rude, had we not drove 90 miles to get the truck, I would have left. Absolutely zero customer service here. Had to go get truck out of knee high grass, in the rain. Found out later equipment was "red tagged" and was not to be used for one way trip.

The truck was dirty on the inside, and definitely hadn't been wiped down or cleaned from the last person. No help hooking up the trailer at all.
