the two people who were in the atstion, one was just sitting there and didn't even acknolwedge my existence, the girl that did respond was freindly but she didn't actually check it in, she had to call her boss to get it checked in and I didn't get any kind of confirmation that it was checked in until later which made me nervous.

SHONTE CI reserved at a store in College Station. The day before they called and said they did not have it and sent me an extra 2 hours away. What’s the point of a reservation system if it does not reserve what it says it will? Very frustrating.
