They need a bigger sign out front

The employees seemed to not be familiar with how to operate the rental system. The "truckshare 24/7" app based system did not work as advertised. There was a whole host of issues with this causing the checkout time to approach one hour. The employees were very nice and tried their best to work through the issues.
