My problem is with Uhaul, I was promised an confirmation on 7/29 by 6:00 PM, I did not get a call so at 7:00PM I called them and was told my reservation was confirmed that that I could pick up in Tupelo MS (my requested location) at 6:00 as planned. On 7/31 I received a text as 11:00 telling me my pickup location was Belmont and needed to be picked up by 12:00 noon. I work in Houston MS, 1.5 hours from Belmont. I spent 3 hours driving From Houston MS to Belmont MS, then back home to Tupelo MS. Nobody with Uhaul showed any concern that they totally screwed this up. Can somebody please tell me what CONFIRMATION means for your company? It obviously means nothing to the people I spoke with. Of the last 4 times I have rented from Uhaul, 3 of them were screwed up and 2 of the 3 required me to leave work early to drive 3 to 4 hours to get my equipment. Both of the business I picked up at and dropped off at did a good job and worked with me to do the pickup after hours. I have no complains on either of them.Whitten G.
Most unprofessional people I've ever met. Yelled for me across the store. These people should not be representatives for uhaul. No offer of supplies. Basically handed me the keys walked me out to the truck and said there ya go. Truck smelled, was dirty inside and the outside had not been washed in quite sometime. Interior was filthy with loose trash (cigs and dip cans) and other debris scattered throughout the interior cab of the truck. Had to time out (and supplies) to adequately clean out all the trash and wipe down the interior (dash, steering wheel, etc/etc/etc.) and side mirrors. On the road, the truck performed well.AJ L.

I made reservations for Tupelo, MS and had to go 30 miles to pickup truck in Belmont which is crazy to me. I reserved on line and nothing was right pickup or drop off location. Would never recommend U-Haul to anybody and customer service was awful and didn't care.Joe Y.

I had to drive 80 miles out of my way to get the u haul after I was told they had my trailer at the original location. When I received the call back that my u haul was at another location the agent on the phone was rude with me when I expressed my opinion about having to go out of my way by 80 miles to use them. She gave me 50 off which I had to request multiple times to receive. Also uhaul location where I had to pick up was not even open on saturdays so I had to call multiple times to reach them to pick up trailer. Very unhappy with u haul and most likely will not use them again. Lights didn't work on trailer and I was pulled over for that but only received a warning to get it fixedBrian R.

Eric was great in Belmont MS, but U-Haul customer service and reservations was out of control from a customers point of view. My pickup was changed 3 times, each time after it was Guaranteed. Tina from Bear Creek was helpful, but I got dumped the evening before move when the person before me delayed her pickup time by 4 hours. You would be able to keep reservations better if the person before kept the same 24 hour reservation drop off time so not to effect the next.FAYE E.

Employee was friendly. The truck was very dirty. Inside of truck was full of dog hair. Dirt, sand and food items in floor. I had to drive it with a window down because it had a bad smell inside. When I returned the truck in Columbus ,MS they said the contract was not properly done when I picked up the truck in Golden, MS.CARL F.
