This is the first time that I had issues with a rental from UHAUL. The entire trip the noise that the trailer made was ridiculous. It felt that it was going to fall off. The connection on the arm of the trailer was loose and bolts needed to tightened. It felt unsafe on my drive on Sunday and was lucky that I had Tools with me. The location was closed so there was not much I can do. Sorry but this is the first time I rented a trailer like this condition.
ANTONINO FThey closed at 4;45 but say it's 6 pm, and then the scheduling manager, Fatim, has the nerve to tell me I can't switch my rental van and have to rebook a new van. Big scam would never reccomend this company

Tom RMy experience with u-haul was bad! As the entire system went down and the dealer was not able to dispatch the equipment. We contacted customer service center to assist as the mobile app was also not user friendly & with tech issues. There was no first call resolution with customer service. I was flipped around 4 times and finally to be dropped in a main menu. The dealer was kind & caring through the experience even the he was limited to the help he can provide. Customer service contact center lacked empathy wich was irritating. They also weren't aware of the issues and on how to help with mobile app. Better training required for the contact center.
