Required extra driving to return in Chatham and I paid for it in extra fuel and distance. I don't think I should be charged extra on a 1 way. I paid enough already, about $600 including fuel for 105km trip.

Convenient location, very accessible, I dropped trailer after hours, and there were no issues, they open at 10 a.m. on sundays, and by 10:15 was notified, that the transaction was competed, email and text

Unfriendly from the moment I walked into the small office space. No hello, simply “are you dropping off”? She informed me that I would need to back the trailer into a container and when I said my back up skills were limited, she rolled her eyes. I followed her out and once I had it parked in a parking spot beside another U-Haul, I said I must of misunderstood because I was certainly able to back it into the parking spot but again in a very shark tone she said “yes into a container”. I will go out of my way to return any other U-Haul that I rent to avoid this negative service.

Unfortunately, the vehicle's engine light was on constantly. This wasn't due to a malfunction but I assume something wrong with the indicator light. Staff were aware but did not inform me. While driving the vehicle it made me nervous, wanting to avoid a mechanical breakdown. Please fix the light, put a sticker on the dash or on the key chain. Otherwise, I had a most pleasant interaction with this location and its staff.

The lady working was very helpful and informative about everything. The truck worked well for our needs and I had it back later that evening. The invoice was processed the next day appropriately and I was completely satisfied with the whole process.

I ask for a 5 foot by 9 foot trailer wasn’t 5 foot was 57 inches! Trailer was too small went back to get refund they said it was closed out and refused to give one . Then proceeded to tell me all the trailers are 57 inches wide,false advertising when it says 5 feet wide. Mr

This was a short notice rental. The open trailer was about 1 foot deep with snow inside. It required both myself and the attendant to shovel it out.

No issues with the pick up location or the truck. Issues were with the booking of the truck. I had an email confirm the location and time of the truck and I was not notified that it had changed. Both the time and location were moved and the duration I requested shortened all without notification. To be sure the night before I opened the app and that’s when I noticed all of the changes without a phone call, email, or text. Very frustrating. I called customer service to determine if the email was correct or the app. I was given no reason for the change or lack of communication for my reservation change.

Dropped off a day early. Wasn't helpful at all in explaining why I don't get a refund for the extra day. Attitude was she didn't care and didn't even want to look up from the computer to assist

1) Customer service isn’t the friendliest. I’ve been there several times. They still don’t know me by name. Don’t make an effort at all. The young girl acts like she doesn’t like her job. Her dad owns the place so it’s a job. Barely puts in effort. 2) booked and reserved on the website. I would have booked an alternate trailer but only the one showed available. When I get there to pick up and ask if I can keep it longer, I’m told it’s not available but there are others that are and yet on the website, there were no others showing available. 3) why doesn’t u-haul save info so preferences come up when someone logs in? It would be faster and way more efficient..:but then if the website isn’t even showing what’s available, I guess it couldn’t save preferences!
