The staff make it 5-star, but the actual property is average. Could be more pavement out front.
Robert Wforgot the moving blankets but luckily I used their moving services the next day so they were able to bring them.
Quinn HI would like to be able to rent the trailer and leave it at a U Haul dealer close my destination. Sometimes I go long distances and have to drive it all the way back. That is a waste of time and gas

Arlene VYou need to get your locations organized on where a trailer can and cannot be dropped off. I went to where my contract said I could return and an employee came running out saying I could not return it there. He said I could return it down the street further down on Grand Ave. I arrive there. They were closed and no option was given to do a self return. I then called and sat on hold for 15 min and they said they would change it so I could return at this new location. I did not want to be charged a fee for dropping off at incorrect location I go to login to app and the return address now says to return across town on Queens line. 10-15 min drive away. So I’m off a 3rd locaton So I wasted alot of time and more gas to drive across town.

Sergei L6'X12' enclosed Trailer was a little older than average I would say but in very good condition and very clean. Four tire pressures were within 1 psi of spec. indicating to me that staff are doing their job and taking care of things as they should.

Nathan CThe charges are fair for the purpose I had - only needed it for about 6 hours. The windshield - inside and outside - was very dirty. It was hard to see through all the dead splattered bugs. The box was clean and the capacity was just right for my needs. The online links to submit mileage did nto work so had to send an email to Maple City Storage.

Dal CUnfriendly from the moment I walked into the small office space. No hello, simply “are you dropping off”? She informed me that I would need to back the trailer into a container and when I said my back up skills were limited, she rolled her eyes. I followed her out and once I had it parked in a parking spot beside another U-Haul, I said I must of misunderstood because I was certainly able to back it into the parking spot but again in a very shark tone she said “yes into a container”. I will go out of my way to return any other U-Haul that I rent to avoid this negative service.

John AUnfortunately, the vehicle's engine light was on constantly. This wasn't due to a malfunction but I assume something wrong with the indicator light. Staff were aware but did not inform me. While driving the vehicle it made me nervous, wanting to avoid a mechanical breakdown. Please fix the light, put a sticker on the dash or on the key chain. Otherwise, I had a most pleasant interaction with this location and its staff.

RODRICK HMaple City Mini Storage is the best overall U-Haul location in Chatham-Kent. I would highly recommend to anyone if you need something U-Haul go to Maple City Mini Storage. The staff is great, very accommodating and always eager to please.

Jackie CI ask for a 5 foot by 9 foot trailer wasn’t 5 foot was 57 inches! Trailer was too small went back to get refund they said it was closed out and refused to give one . Then proceeded to tell me all the trailers are 57 inches wide,false advertising when it says 5 feet wide. Mr
