Charged a extra $250 for damages that do not exist. In fact in the report they stated multiple times I do not know. And put a time on the report for an accident that did not occur. We dropped the vehicle off at 5:29 exactly and they report it was not dropped off until 6:25pm. So who had the vehicle between that time and possibly damaged it? We also paid for coverage on the vehicle if something were to happen to it, now being told an additional damage estimate will be prepared and a representative will be in contact with the cost of repair. That is not the only reason I gave a below average rating on this location either. Staff at the gas station were very unprofessional not the young lady at the uhaul. After we got to the gas station to pick up the vehicle the gas station attendant changed the total for a 19.95 rental. With insurance the young lady said our total would be $76 but we were charged $93.92 plus the $250 for non existent damages. Very displeased with the process and the attendants trying to make extra money off lies.

The truck worked fine. The inside wasn't cleaned after previous use and the windshield was very dirty too. The men at the store were very nice to deal with.

Truck reservation was made for Ann Arbor and U-Haul shifted it to canton. Truck engine light was on at upon… was told that’s all I have and it should make it to Ohio. Oh ok….

The store was cramped and awkward, it was unclear which window to go for help. The customer service in general was poor. Some of the staff were unequipped to handle my questions and when I was picking up the truck it felt like they were annoyed I was there. When I dropped off the truck the person at the desk was much more helpful and personable.

It was over 90 degrees and the A/C didn’t work in the truck… the ac vents were broken…the passenger side Mirror would not stay is the position.. we had to keep adjusting it..

Back of truck was not swept, and there was a lot of dirt, which was not ideal to move my daughter back to school. Other than that, the staff at this location was very friendly and the process was quick.

First of all the movers whom we used through your site were super kind and efficient. They didn’t mess around and stayed busy the whole time! Josh and Kashif were awesome! Never complained once and I even had them move 2 heavy barber chairs! As far as the uhaul experience, I would recommend posting that your site has someone there 24/7 because I was told pickup was at 9 and then the mobile pick up didn’t work so had to wait til 10 when it says it’s open to get keys only to find out the uhaul person is always there.

This U-Haul rental location is horrible. From the very beginning, I had a pickup scheduled for 5:30 a.m. it would not allow me to pick up the vehicle so called the 1-800 number waited on hold for 30 minutes and they said there's nothing they could do to help me, I had to wait until they opened at 7am. I finally went in at 7 am and it took the man 30 minutes to fix the reservation. I had two workers that I was paying $50.00 a hour sitting around for 2 hours. That cost me $200.00 for U-Haul's mistake!!! Now let's talk about the parking lot for these trucks. There is no space to park the 26" truck!!! Then let's talk about the furniture pad rental. We folded them all up and they were clean. They made us carry them into the gas station when the website clearly stated fold and secure in the truck. After carrying them all in they were super rude inside the gas station and now I'm looking at the receipt and they charged a $25 cleaning fee for what????? They were all folded and clean!!! I want a full refund for this truck rental!!!

incredibly difficult experience for pickup. the equipment wasn’t assigned to me and then the truck wasn’t there and they didn’t have any other trucks for me. ended up getting it sorted after 45 minutes of waiting.

The gas gauge didn’t work so I ended up putting in more gas than I needed to. I asked for a certain truck and the gentleman said that’s a new one. It will cost a lot more. Really? I didn’t know you have to pay more for the same size truck because it’s newer.. The suspension and the transmission were horrible which is why I probably had to put $50 worth of gasoline for a 106 mile round trip. The tires were immaculate I must say, but just not a happy customer to say the least.

The truck was disgusting on pick up (I had to clean it before I could use it,) had to wait around for the employees to find a dolly that I rented, the truck has a leak so a lot of my things have water damage or were ruined.

The virtual pick-up was not virtual, after going through the entire virtual check-in process, I still had to go into the "store" and retrieve the keys. Also, I had ordered a dozen moving blankets but none were available so then I had to scramble to find materials to protect my furniture. The manager refunded the cost of the rental but that didn't solve my problem.

The floor seemed quite muddy and dirty. The right wiper blade/rubber was falling apart and flapping in the wind. The tire pressure monitor was on.

I received the truck empty on gas. The paperwork presented to me stated that it had a quarter of a tank which was incorrect. Very frustrated! Not a great experience.

Inside cab of vehicle had trash in it. Windshield was obscured by slat and sand, no washer fluid was available to clean windshield. Yet I was charged $25 for not folding rental furniture pads.

When I called to see if they had truck size available they looked and then said yes and when I said can reserved they no and hung up on me . When I arrived 20 ft was dead then gave me 26. Very rude not customer service I except when I’m very friendly. Not overcharging customers and saying they brought back truck empty and then saying they will refund money and make another charge. When they checked when I called about another 200 dollar charge very rude. I never had issue like this with U-Haul. I’m will never step foot in this gas station and neither will any of my family or friends. I disputed the charges when they kept saying I still needed to pay for a 1/4 gallon or 1/3 gallon could not tell me how much more would be charged. I filled the truck over what was in it

I was charged for a 4 hour rental but only given 3 hours (8pm - 11pm). Additionally to register online, I had to be at the location and it took almost 20 minutes to complete the app and wait for approval. Additionally I was charged $20 over hour fee for a truck that was back within the 4 hour window I paid for.

I ordered blankets and I was told this location does not have blankets. That was very disappointing and created a problem for us in protecting our load. It should have been clear when ordering that blankets were not available.

Great customer service very professional. I needed a 26 foot truck on short notice they had available equipment for me and the length of time I needed it. The process was explained,, rates were reasonable. Also I have to say the person I spoke to was very kind and respectful to me. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. The drop off was easy to find but the process of dropping off was a lot confusing. Wouldn’t let me upload or take a pic of gas gauge or mileage. I fueled it up to level it was rented to me at and very quickly got an invoice for 46.20 for fuel because they assumed it was empty. Have tried to show pic and mileage but haven’t heard back from anyone. I want to be reimbursed for this. Thankyou

There was a leak in the right front tire that we had to inflate twice during our short rental. Fortunately, the car that accompanied us on our project had a portable tire inflator. Otherwise, we'd have been a major issue. Other than the tire issue, the equipment was fine.

The staffs were very helpful. The whole renting process was a breeze. I called to extend the renting by one more day and had no issues. Returning was easy. Backing the truck was a bit challenge.
