Send an email informing the rental to allow 1.5 hours to go through the mobile app. It never recognized my geo location. I had to call and was in hold for quite a while. The photo section kicked me out 4 times because I took too many pictures because of all the damage to the truck. Then there was no box available to put the lock. I had to turn it the next day when I was back in town. The blankets and dolly were not in the truck. And it did not have any extra miles in case of an alternative route so I got charged for going over the limit. All of this made my day even more stressful.

Actually, the pick up went OK once the paperwork was ready and rental paid ... no issues... but recommend the driver renting the AT trailer have a buddy to help out with preps and hitching ... but a first timer like me after watching videos can work through it as well

Tracy TI made reservations for a 20’ truck with 6 blankets and a dolly at the 4167 US-90, Marianna, FL location. I was directed to go to the 4610 US-90, Marianna, FL location. The truck I reserved was not available. I had to take a 15’ truck without any blankets and no dolly. I also had a difficult time submitting pictures of the truck because of the glare from the sun at 8:40 a.m.
Donald TSuper nice. But there was a hole in the roof of the trailer. We didnt catch it right away and the customer service lady on te phone was horrible. But I really liked the lady at Marianna
