I was disappointed that I was charged a 2 gallon gas charge of $10 when the total mileage was 8 miles for 2 hours of use. That seems excessive based on how many miles per gallon the vehicle gets. I used the same vehicle at the same location on Sept 21, 2025 for the same trip and the price was basically double. The service was great but the cost seemed excessive

JUDSON HI got charged for a ding that was already on the vehicle. I have never damaged any of the uhaul equipment. I use uhaul an awful lot. And I won't use or recommend use of uhaul equipment.

JOHN CThe trailer was fully functional, but had some wear and tear. The license plate was damaged but readable, and It did not appear to have a current registration sticker (the 2 affixed were between 2 and 5 years old / expired). There was some noted previous damage, but did not affect the intended use of the trailer. All other aspects of the trailer (brakes, hitch, wheel tie-downs, etc.) were in good working order with no sign of wear.
MICHAEL LI rented a 26' truck. It had an exhaust leak, tires were bald and there was an issue with the RPM's coming down hills. Maxing out at 4,000 at times. I kept putting it in neutral coming down large hills.

LUCY WEquipment was poorly maintained. Staff were rude. Equipment was rented from 5pm and due back by 10:57pm. Truck was retuned before 10pm. The lights were on and door was unlocked. The clerk was still inside at the cashier’s desk. When we walked in she asked us to drop the key in the blue box. The next morning she charged us a 20.00 service fee for returning “after hours.” If the the rental fee is the same for a 6 hour and 24 hour rental period, it sounds like she would rather have had us keep the truck overnight. Would she then not have charged the fee? Or were we getting charged the fee regardless because they are dishonest vendors. Either way, never renting here again.

Edward CThe associate handling the rental was clear, helpful and very quick both at pick up and drop off. The location itself is small, but sufficient. However, the truck had some issues. The drivers side door does not function properly and needs to be slammed to close all of the way. There were a few times I could hear traffic on the highway even though it was technically latched shut.The brakes were also very soft. Overall cost was a bit high, but not extremely so since I did have extras like insurance and the appliance dolly.

My only complaint is that this time the 15' trunk I rented was not great mechanically it seemed..Actually within 5 minutes they moved it from where I parked, and the employee working was looking on ground as if something were leaking from truck...otherwise I have normally always had a good experience here
V TThe pickup and use of the vehicle were great. Bra didn't did a great job and everything. However, upon return (employee present) the drop off/return was awful! Matt was condescending and basically called me a liar. I asked some explicit questions which was based off what Brandon had said to me when I picked up, but again Matt was rude and condescending. He needs to have some customer service training!
