Was not informed that the checking was by phone. I called stating I was running late my rsv was for 11:45 am and that I was going to be there by 12:30pm if that was ok . The man (Marlboro) said it was fine , at 11:20 I got to the place , I didn't know it was that close, could find it , it was at a flea market place and almost everything was close I called him back to let him know I was at the address and he never answered, I keep callings and leaving msg to all three numbers, at 12:39 he finally answered, he stated he didn't received any of my calls or text made to all three numbers . If this is something that was to be done over the phone that he should had done it when I called him the first time. We also returned the equipment the 9th even though we had until the n 10th but I think we got charged an extra day instead of 3 we got charged fir for 4 daysMigdalia H.

I live across the street from this location and never knew it was there. The owner is a true pleasure to work with helped me from beginning to end. Would totally recommend this location. Sadden that he doesn't get much business because the location is practically hidden (back of the flea market) and for this reason he has everything uhaul can offer available on site. Would give a 10 star if I could've!!Ivelise M.

Equipment manager is not always available, so need to take extra care in case of dispute. Before driving out... ... check equipment cleanliness and stuff that may be left over from prior renter; ... The gps takes you to a wrong location next door. Must happen frequently as the man saw us driving around, came outside and pointed us in the right direction one business over. There is no one there at this drop off. So you have to do the whole take pic routine and after a stressful move it would have been nice to have a real person assist in the drop off.Eric S.
I have to say, I had called different locations trying to find a pickup truck and everyone said no, except for Marlboro, he actually took his time, explained to me and told me there where supposed to returned one the next day but if I called the 1-800 number and tell them I wanted to rent one to pick it up at that location that they would make sure they had one there for me. TenÃa que mi reserva a las 8 de la maÃ±ana y me tuvieron dando vueltas hasta las 10 de la maÃ±ana para encontrar mi u-haul....no hay gente capacitada en las oficinas ya que me llevÃ© un vehÃculo sin que me pidieran ni un solo documento y sin contrato. En pocas palabras me robe el camiÃ³n se dieron cuenta del grave error horas despuÃ©s....eso demuestra la mala administraciÃ³n...y por culpa de todos estos contratiempos no pude asistir a mi trabajo.....Carmilo O.
When I picked up the Uhaul, the guy told me "The gas is empty, and you need to get it filled up ASAP. And when you return it, return it empty and bone dry". When I did return it at the drop off location, I was charged for the tank being empty. I explained what I was told, but I was still charged.Daniel E.
