SAGAR KI used 33km never asked for extra coverages and I put in 5 liters of gas after using it. The Internet said it uses 18 liters per 100km. My receipt shows extra coverage costs and a fuel surcharge of 30$ and 26liters fuel charged extra. An 86$ dollar estimate turned to a $227 charge on my credit card. I used 6 or 7 liters max....now I have to waste my time following up with U-Haul management.....

Francine MThe van had quite a bit of debris in it from a previous user, including a lot of fake plant leaves. We removed as much as we could before loading our belongings, but did not have a broom on hand to do a thorough job (nor should we have to clean up after someone else).
