Harry is hands down the best customer service Uhaul dealer I ever had the pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable on the policies and procedures and takeS time to explain and answer all your concerns and questions. The site is very clean and I would highly recommend his business to everyone looking to rent a trailer or vehicle.

ROBIN NNo better place to rent a U-HAUL than in Meadville....the place is very clean, friendly and very easy to work with. I rented my first u-haul from them over the weekend and will be doing again this weekend.
CHARLES SOnly complaint is that I only had the trailer for 5 hours but was charged a full day, is there a way to get partially reimbursed? Thanks and otherwise it was a great experience.

David SVery nice experience! I was able to rent a UHAUL van as a walk in customer. I didn’t have to wait for one. I only needed it for a couple of hours and it worked great for what I needed it for. Prices were good as well.

PATRICK JThe prices are frankly outrageous and as advertised very misleading borderline false advertising, sticker says rent this truck for $29.99! With the fine print of outrageous mileage fees and 30 bucks turns into 300 real quick! Renting trailers are good tho, no extra fees and actually are priced as advertised.

FELICIA WThe gas gauge did not work properly. The vehicle had a quarter of a tank and I needed to return it to 1/2 tank, so when filling, I turned the key on without starting the vehicle. As I filled the vehicle I watched to gas gauge which was not moving well and then all of sudden it jumped to full. I could have gotten away with $20 of gas, instead I put in $66.
