The office was hard to find in a derelict building. The truck was parked in a grass lot, was dirty, had a damaged windshield wiper, and the tank was on empty. The U-Haul app for self check out did not work.JACOB B.

No issues with the service or the equipment. The shop is not like the big expansive one nearby in Horsham where I dropped it off; it is a rural small town and the u-haul rental was part of a small repair garage operation with lots of interesting old cars and parts also strewn around. But the service was prompt and attentive and helpful, and the tow dolly did its thing without issues. I could almost say the move went off without a hitch but then I realize it wouldn't have happened at all if I hadn't had a hitch...so...JONATHAN K.

The truck was clean but there was no ramp which made it hard for us to get the furniture loaded on the truck. When returning the truck I was unable to complete the ending process because apparently the milage that the truck was returned in was lower than what it was when I first picked up the truck which made no sense to me. I took the picture to show what the milage read and it still wouldn't allow me to go pass that part. Also returning the key into the lock box people across the street we're yelling saying that I was stealing and a bunch of other nonsense ðŸ˜‘. Unsafe environmentLenice B.

Attempted to book truck with location close to my home, but was redirect to location in neighboring town. Communication was spotty, missed call from new location, and call back number did not work. Waited in queue for a long time, and received good information from rep at call center. Required to do after hour pick, which went well except for obtaining lockbox code. Again, long wait in phone queue, center rep was unable to help, attempted to transfer call to higher tier, but that call was dropper. Finally, received lockbox code via instagram, so plus there!Patrick W.
Upon arrival to pick up my equipment there was an issue on my reservation the merchant could not find my reservation so he has to start it all over that was pretty upsetting for me and the merchant to waste our time doing the reservation all over again I don't know what happened to the system the main system but that system sucks and wasted my time before I can pick up my equipment and leave the lot I hope in the future that I will not have to deal with this issue again with today's technology I do not understand why is it so complicated to get the system work right wake up the HELL UP! Very sketchy part of town. Nobody ever answers the phone, and voice mail is not set up. I had to call Customer Service multiple times before I finally got somebody who knew what to do, and was able to contact the district office (?) to complete the check in. This location was selected by U-Haul, and I was incentivized to drop off here for some reason...Weldon H.

The attendant had recently had a medical procedure and could not help attach the trailer. The trailer did not have a tounge Macy and was difficult to lift and attach to tow vehicle and was almost impossible to un hookDavid C.

Location did not have the moving pads ordered. Apparently were not delivered by Uhaul. Truck was only used less than 12 hours of 24 and was turned in with documentation via smartphone. However, no credit was issued for only 12 hr use.Diane B.
Staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Staff offered to hook up trailer for a $20 fee and wouldn't help without charging me. Location did not have furniture pads available to complete my order and following drop off location has over charged me for furniture dolly. Would not recommend this location to anyone!Steven Y.

Told me to "hook er up and pull up, tell me which one you got". Zero help, safety check, lights...nothing. If I wasn't aware of my cars' and my own capabilities it could've went really bad. I was told to go to this location after my requested location did not have the size truck I needed and received a confirmation the night before, however, upon arrival the next morning the shop was closed, and the number that I was given to call for that store was completely out of service. After over 45 mins of waiting and being put on hold with the Uhaul scheduling department, luckily a general manager of the area just happened to come by and was able to get the situation taken care of. But after having to drive out of our way to go to a different pick-up point, the person in charge of the shop deciding not to come in, and receiving no help from the customer service line, I do not think I'll be using Uhaul again in the near future.Samantha K.

Honesty & business ethics goes a along way. I was assured I had a transporter reserved for me with a reservation 4 days in advance at a particular location. Not there , had to go to another location out of the way 45 min trip loss. Your commissioned reservationist was not about to let me know they didn't have a rental at one the locations convenient to my travel. AND MY TIME & SCHEDULE WAS NOT IMPORTANTI. I HAD A TIGHT WINDOW TO PICK UP A VEHICLE & I MADE IT CLEAR TO THEM HOW IMPORTAT IT WAS TO ME. I WONT FORGET IT. Your sales staff SUCKS !don H.

The truck in the outside was clean and only minor damages from numerous rentals. The inside smelled good but didn't look good. Visor was broken, sand in the cup holders, and stick substance on the dashboard. When we went to use the ramp there was broken glass all over it. Several pieces of glass were flung into my face while pulling the ramp down. (I swept what I could off) The attic leaked rain water all over the boxes that were stored there. U-Haul is absolutely terrible at keeping track of their inventory. This is not the first tine I booked online, CALLED TO VERIFY, and yet later on I was requested to go to a different location. This is unacceptable and neglectful to the customer. U-Haul proves not to care about the time or travel wastes of their clients. Not to mention being charged for 4 DAYS when I only used it for 48hrs.Paul P.

Send them to a different location. Appalling experience. Had we had another option we would have left. The owner is a rude unprofessional brute. We were being waited on by an employee who was pleasant but when I asked a question about the mileage allotment and why the tank wasn't full. He didn't seem to understand my questions so I was trying to explain when the owner came out of nowhere, pushed his employee aside and got very loud and angry at me and started talking down to me, punching the paper and told me when I needed gas to stop and get it saying ," Is that simple enough for you to understand?" - for asking why the truck didn't have a full tank and whether the truck had enough gas to get us to our destination, then he dumped the blankets on the floor and told us to get them ourselves. His employee did get them for us. Never had such a horrible experience with U-Haul before. To know U-Haul sent me there instead of moving the truck to my requested location, a location I had used before and had a positive experience with, was the icing on the cake.Bonnie R.

I returned the equipment the same day and refueled, which was 10.00. A week later they are trying to charge me a fueling fee and my receipt is saying I returned the equipment the next day! They never answer their phone, and when the location I picked up the equipment from, Farm Pond, they couldn't get ahold to them either. This is very unprofessional!Kenya H.

They need to fix their printer so you can get a copy of the contract. It would also be nice for them to review the terms of the contract, such as cleaning the truck, etc. They also need to clean their trucks better. While I thought it was clean enough, the dealer on the other end tried to charge me for cleaning, even though it was just as I picked it up.Andrew M.
