Martin LPickup location was changed. Had to wait a half hour to be taken care of due to 2 customers ahead of me. There was a person taking up a lot of time due to lack of planning on their part. The owner was doing his best to get everyone done. The other customer and myself left before the other person who still was having issues with their hookup.
Richard FOwner was very snubbish, almost as if he didn't want me to lease the equipment. I just think you could have a better personality when dealing with potential customers. I did utilize the rental equipment, but only because of the location to where I was needing the equipment, otherwise I would have went somewhere else.

Andrew KAt time of check out I was told he was sending me a receipt and do what it says to do. On it it said, “Take a picture of the license plate and send it to this link.” When I went to that link, it said it was a fraudulent site likely trying to get my payment information.

William BThere was confusion on my rental. no record of it or even of me in the system. but I have definitely rented before. the folks at ACE hardware on Monticello rd were very helpful in locating a rental from master performance so I was able to execute my move.
joseph HThe vehicle pickup process was a complete debacle. UHaul moved my original pickup location to a facility an hour from where I was - meaning a 2 hour round trip just to pick up the truck. Fortunately, the UHaul team I called on the 1-800 number was able to find a different truck locally and switch the reservation, but this never should have happened in the first place. The team at the facility I was originally picking up from were unhelpful to say the least, simply handing me a 1-800 number to call and wishing me luck. If UHaul has to make a change to pick up location like the one I originally experienced, there should be a phone call to the customer to determine if it is an acceptable change and if not, and immediate effort to find a truck closer. Expecting me to drive an hour out of my way was ridiculous and would have added miles to my rental. The location I ultimately got a truck from, as listed in my reservation, was fine. It had limited resources and the pickup process for a pre-booked reservation took over 30 minutes. The owner complained the UHaul website was slow.

Matthew RThe person at my pick up location appeared to be angry and didn’t say 3 words. After checking over the trailer he just walked back inside almost like I was an inconvenience. Then I took my pictures of the trailer and found a large screw in one of the tires. I repaired the tire myself because I felt he wouldn’t help anyway.

EDWARD HRenting a U-Haul was straightforward, as it was located five minutes from my residence. It was also convenient to return the vehicle after hours, and the cost was reasonable.
