At Master Secure Storage we enjoyed the fact we had 24/7 access to our unit. Very convenient loading dock as well as a ramp where you can drive your SUV inside the loading doc area. There are many sizes of hand trucks, and flat dollies for your use. On premises rental trucks and vans are convenient and a step saver. The building, hallways and units are well lit and very clean. Most of all, enjoy talking with staff at the front office!

Master Secure Storage offered a clean and functional storage facility with helpful staff members. While the overall experience is positive, the equipment is a bit outdated and noisy compared to newer storage options. Despite this, it remains a viable choice for those in need of storage, particularly if convenience is a priority.

Not open when I arrived on Sunday. I had to take rented truck home and wait til following day to get access to new storage unit at this facility Website should indicate to get there by 1 pm on Sunday ( not open from 7-9 pm) The owner of facility was super nice, organized and helpful when I moved into unit Monday AM and he was Not inform d if my reservation at his facility by u haul or he’d have call d me on morning if my move in day (Sunday). Sounds like a failure to communicate problem between his facility and U Haul.

This storage facility has been very accomodating with terrific customer service. In the over 10 years we were using the storage facility it has been smooth sailing the entire time. The only reason why we just left as we no longer need a storage place.

The gentleman who works in the office is about the nicest man I have ever met. His ability to provide help along with such a great personality should be recognized and awarded accordingly. Because of him a simple back and forth trip to a storage unit became a great experience.

Mark, the manager went up and beyond... A great manager and super guy! ... Hes their to help and he did, and not only with me but the interactions with some many that go to his place. In the months that I Fransted their, he was the guy that found always help you.. I will miss him. I know he like Blacken Steaks and hope that you all will get him one! Had a storage unit at this facility for at least a year and a half while living in an apartment with no storage. Affordably priced, always clean, and feels safe. More than that, the gentleman who runs the place was an absolute delight. Very kind and always accommodating!

The front desk man was great. He made the process smooth aimed to satisfy the customer. Main entrance roll down metal door was hard to move up and down. Place was hot humid and caused mildew

Nice facility, the elevator is big which helps you get everything in at once. The facility has a loading dock which makes truck unloading easy and lots of dollies to use.

I had applied to have a unit that was listed as climate controlled and the day of move in I was told there were none available also this reservation was charged twice on my credit card

The manager had WONDERFUL customer service, answered all questions, and even provided an office hours closing in 30 mins courtesy phone call - which was VERY helpful.

Although I ended up not utilizing the storage I had initially booked the experience I had with booking was an excellent experience. The website was very informative and the prices were reasonable.
