Gary PAfter changing pickup location once with phone and text notification, it was changed again the night before pickup. I had to drive 10-15 minutes out of my way to pick up the truck and then had to request add’l miles for the day. This could have been handled better by offering a reduced rate or extra miles proactively, or perhaps offer me a couple of different pickup locations when the first and second confirmed locations were no longer available.
David HAsked to adjust and extend rental at time of pickup. Was not recorded and led to shortened overall rental time due to the need for earlier return

Mark BPutting a dollie in the truck, as well as a large bag of shipping pads was a nuisance for me because they got in my way and blocked the end of the truck from loading n unloading. During the application process I was specifically asked if I wanted those items and I said NO. So I was forced to deal with them being in the way, forced to pay the extra fuel costs for carrying dead weight, and forced to pay for a size of teick
