Five stars for the location, two stars for UHaul. The website did not make clear where I needed to pick up my truck. Cost me a lot of time. Website also allowed me to make a reservation for equipment that was not available. None of this was the location's fault and they did their best to make it right.MICHAEL W.

It turns out that the van we rented had a leak in the front left tire, so it had low tire pressure during our use. This could have been a safety issue. When I returned the vehicle, it became clear that the rental guy already knew about it because he brought it up on his own without seeing the vehicle. He said a previous customer had an issue with it and took it to Tires Plus, but it just deflated again. I'm disappointed that this UHAUL dealer didn't fix the issue after the last customer, that they neglected to do a pre-rental inspection of the vehicle with me (seems like this would be protocol). What's worse, he asked me if I filled up the tire or if I had some equipment I could help him fill up the tire with. I declined. It was bold of a UHAUL dealer to ask me to help them with a maintenance problem that I didn't create. I was already paying a handsome sum to rent the vehicle with the expectation that it would be in working order.Steven A.

The equipment I paid for was not in the truck. The gas tank was a little below a quarter. The entire truck was dirty. There was clay all on the floor, the back of the truck was dirty. The only thing that was good was the employee's attitude.Vincent Andrew P.
