The pad code wasn’t clear at this self-serve, so I tried calling the location number and the U-Haul support line. The location number went straight to voicemail on a weekday, so I had to talk to a U-Haul representative. The key for my assigned vehicle was not in the designated lock box. Customer support had to give me the pad codes for four of the five lock boxes on site to get the correct keys. The representative even asked me to move the keys around between the lock boxes so they would match what appeared in the U-haul database. Also, this location at McKim Mowing And Tree Removal charged me double ($110+) what Beemer's Muffler Center LLC charged for a vehicle of similar size ($30-$50).
Ryan WMy truck wasn’t available. I was able to get a hold of the owner and we were able to get it worked out with a different truck, but it was a half hour after I wanted to get started with my truck.

Larry HDesign the app so that you don't have to be at the exact location to return the vehicle if you have a second driver. Allow people to return the vehicle through other means if necessary if they are out of state but the other person is there dropping the vehicle off. And if the vehicle is dropped off prior to the end of the contract don't charge the full amount charge the correct amount.

MICHAELI HThis was the second location. The first location I reserved a van but when I arrived they stated they couldn’t retrieve the keys from the drop box. Three phone calls later we found the van to rent. Put the exact amount of fuel in the van to match the pickup level and still got charged for 2 gallons.

Melisa BThe system was down causing concern and confusion, we called the local business number, was able to get a reply via txting, we called 1 800 uhaul number talked with friendly, helpful people, meanwhile a person arrived at the rental location, long story short the keys were in uhaul drop box not in the combination box, recomend someone to respond to customer needs if a rental is scheduled

Robert MTrailer was dropped off after hours. Had to call since I was at a different location when Grandson dropped it off. So couldn't complete on line drop off. But called next day and was taking care of.
Ruby BTruck has poor brakes. Headlights and high beams do not emit the proper light and we were also given truck with no braking tail lights. We drove over 3 hours in dark before being made aware which was a safety issue. Our location was not correct and this was 3rd pick up site. We had to call this office and they then had to come do the rental. Please do better
