No one was onsite to receive the trailer. we were able to communicate with the owner and they instructed us to drop the trailer off. we documented the trailer drop off with lots of photos that were texted to the owner. We dropped the trailer off on the 17th, our contract stated the trailer was turned in on the 22nd?

The packing blankets we added on and paid for were soaking wet inside their package and un-usable. The truck itself was fine, but we paid extra for products that were un-usable and when discussing this upon drop-off, the attendant said that since it wasn't their facility it had nothing to do with them.
Debrielle WIt is unattended. Drop of yourself. That's fine. However, there is no space in the lot to pull in. Completely full of trucks and trailers. Had to back trialer from the street into one small area left. Requiring the blocking of traffic while unloading.
Brett KThis location is a mess. The number in the door is disconnected. The number on the contract went to a very rude incredibly disrespectful person who told me not to call and that they don’t care. The parking lot is completely full of trailers and trucks just thrown in there with no organization. We waited for an hour to get someone to answer or call us back and got nothing in return except that rude person again that told me to quit calling. Horrible place. Maryville needs a new location. Awful.
