I would suggest maybe a replacement of the locks on the key boxes. They are getting worn out and weathered making them difficult open.

They shouldn't own a uhaul business, they didnt answer, the keys i got were to the wrong uhaul, just a terrible experience.
Zachary DI reserved the uhaul with counter pick up because it said the location was open during that time. I called and texted the number on the door, I did not receive a reply until 9 hours later. I do not have a smart phone and had to get my son to come help is.
Lisa BThe pad code wasn’t clear at this self-serve, so I tried calling the location number and the U-Haul support line. The location number went straight to voicemail on a weekday, so I had to talk to a U-Haul representative. The key for my assigned vehicle was not in the designated lock box. Customer support had to give me the pad codes for four of the five lock boxes on site to get the correct keys. The representative even asked me to move the keys around between the lock boxes so they would match what appeared in the U-haul database. Also, this location at McKim Mowing And Tree Removal charged me double ($110+) what Beemer's Muffler Center LLC charged for a vehicle of similar size ($30-$50).
Ryan WMy truck wasn’t available. I was able to get a hold of the owner and we were able to get it worked out with a different truck, but it was a half hour after I wanted to get started with my truck.
