The air conditioning and heater fan did not work. Steering very loose. The fees were more than doubled than expected. Still trying to find a breakdown of fees as 280.00 for a 2 day rental is pretty highShirley H.
The vehicle was in good shape when i got it but it stunk of cigarette smoke. There was no where i could mention this when i took the vehicle or returned it. There needs to be a place i can add comments when returning the vehicle so i can mention things like thisRyan S.
We picked the vehicle with 1/4 tank full of gas, we return it with almost 3/4 full of gas after spending $100 Dollars on gas. But we were only given credit of $15. Not happy with that.George D.
Have onsite staff or a working phone for that location. Make sure the app and the website are working. Fix the 1 800 number so when the correct numbers are pressed for assistance it doesn't go to dead air or simply hang up. Have staff that do not hang up on your customers. Be sure the vehicle/equipment really is clean after last use.Sam D.

The truck I picked up was not clean. There were cigarette butts on the floor and it smelled bad on the inside. The interior of the truck was damaged as well. Also after I returned the truck using the instructions I was given I received multiple calls looking for the keys that I out in the lock box like I was told to do. Easy clear phone instructions! Was called soon after making online reservation-was great to actually speak to a living person. Step by step phone instructions is effective. Who knew? Appreciated that 110% I forgot to take a photo of the mileage after we rented the van-the exit phone call to explain my oversite -especially in this heat wave-was really appreciated and so professional. The truck I rented was the least clean UHaul rental I have had. I was actually rather surprised and documented it on mobile pickup (although hard as only one photo allowed). I returned it in same condition as not my responsibility to clean someone else mess.Deanne L.
Well organized. The operator had an issue he needed to handle at the time off my pick up. Everything was smoothly transfer to another office location, the walk through was done by phone and the keys were in the lock box. You'd never know there was anything wrong in the background.Duane G.

I used the virtual check in for this rental. When going over the initial inspection, I stated that the vehicle was clean. This was before I actually looked in the storage area, which was not clean. Someone had muddy footprints that did not get cleaned up. When I went to return the vehicle, I stated that the vehicle was not clean enough for the next rental and I saw that I would be charged $25. I called the Uhaul hotline to discuss this when I was returning the vehicle and I waited on hold for 20 minutes. i finally gave up on holding and instead decided to just pay the fee even tough I don't think I should have been charged because the vehicle was not actually clean when I got it.Michael H.

Would be nice to have some sort of bigger sign out front letting customers know that they are in the right place and the office is on the second floor of the building at the end of the hall. It's a very small location and can be hard to find. Other than that, Jay was a really nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. He was quick with the truck pickup and he even answered my phone call on a Sunday afternoon when I had a question for him. Very impressed with that. Super helpful guy.
