Booked the rental online for pickup at Medina customs. When I arrived to pick it up at 2pm, was told computers were down all morning and had just come back online. Had trouble finding my reservation. Items added I didn’t order or need and they couldn’t remove. Told me just to dispute it to get credit back. Found out the hard way there’s a dead end street if pull out of lot and go right. No signs or mention of this as he watched me pull out. Also no option to turn around anywhere. Had to back up from end of street to top. Took long time to back up and avoid hitting parked cars on the street. Asked for help but said couldn’t help with anything. Return set for Sunday but are closed on Sunday. Said give a call 1/2 hr before and he’d meet us there since it needed to be pulled into locked gate. Called 1/2 before. Arrived at location 1/2 later called again, said won’t be there for another 25 min. Had to wait until got there. Very tight lot to swing around and put it where he wanted. Told me if I wasn’t experienced then I shouldn’t have rented it. I will never go back to that location again.

DAWAUN BI had a standard 2 inch ball on my hitch, but the man there kept telling me that it was too big. He would not hook up the trailer unless I got a size smaller.
MARTA PTurn off the TV and move to the window to speak to the customer instead of talking to from inside a dark area under a loud TV. The truck was sitting in a field and I had to ask the employee to move it off the field of ice and mud and he drove it over the curve. Better him than me.

I didn't have a clip to hold the hitch ball in place and they provided me with recommendations, didn't rush through the process of putting the trailer on even though it was cold as [BAD WORD], and they were patient with me when I left. Again, a smaller U-Haul location but really, really nice staff.

Nicole WI was charged an extra cleaning fee for an ounce of dirt produced by the attendant. All I moved was 6 boxes of cabinets and I turned in the truck super early too and had to pay over $200. You basically have to scrub and wash the truck out to be deemed as returned clean. I will never recommend or return.
