The location was smaller than I'm use too but the people were really nice and helpful. I didn't have a clip to hold the hitch ball in place and they provided me with recommendations, didn't rush through the process of putting the trailer on even though it was cold as [BAD WORD], and they were patient with me when I left. Again, a smaller U-Haul location but really, really nice staff.

JOHN HTook forever to get the rental because he was it ready for me to pick up the truck!
Nicole WI was charged an extra cleaning fee for an ounce of dirt produced by the attendant. All I moved was 6 boxes of cabinets and I turned in the truck super early too and had to pay over $200. You basically have to scrub and wash the truck out to be deemed as returned clean. I will never recommend or return.
