Try to use the app for over an hour and a half to pick up my U-Haul didn't work went inside and talk to the manager she was able to get me my U-Haul but she charged me everything that you could charge somebody without even asking. The $19.95 price advertised on the side of the truck is a complete farce. Had the U-Haul for 2 days went 55 mi and ended up paying $133 plus $30 more dollars in gas. I will make sure to let people know that if they ever think about renting a U-Haul It ends up being about 8 times the price that's advertised on the truck

The gal was nice and took care of us fine. It didn’t seem fair to me that a gas station clerk had to stop and spend so much time with us. There was only one other clerk with her. If they had been busy it would have affected gas station customers having to wait a long time and pressure on the other gal.

The staff was friendly and willing to help! They were still new with the training but still got us going with everything we needed quickly. Great customer service!

The key wasn’t located where it was supposed to be, and it took the employee a while to find where the key was. I had to call customer service a few times because the app wasn’t working correctly to let me do a mobile check in. The process of getting my rental took almost an hour to complete, due to trying to track down the key, the freezing up a few times, including, not letting me upload the pictures of the vehicle. All in all…it was a terrible experience. Definitely way worse than I was expecting
