Ashley FWas able to reserve furniture dollies this time and at least one other previous time. Have never been able to actually pick up and use furniture dolly from this location or from the location previously used in another state.
Ashley HI did not receive either of the utility dollies I rented, but I was still charged for them. I also received multiple other charges after the initial charge with out any notice or receipt. I called the facility I rented from, left a voicemail and email customer support about getting a refund and haven’t received any response.

Tanya CIt took me the first hour of my reservation to complete mobile information for key and get the truck. UHaul should tell inform/their customers of the process so this can start early so you are not using your 1st hour of rental completing the process.
