My first choice to drop off after hours doesn't allow it. Diverted to this location and not ideal for after hours drop off. Truck parked in public parking lot snd is not very secured. I hope I'm not liable for any after hours damage.Tom H.
the attendant was ok. But, the van that was assigned to me was smelling of weed and cigarettes. The loading areas was very dirty. It had mud and lots of metal debris and stone. My wife and I, had to sweep the entire van before we could load our furnitures. The van was assigned to us a quarter tank full. Feedback: Advice - The Uhaul service desk personnels should clean the inside the loading area before handing it over to the next customer especially if it's dirty.Babatunde I.

Awesome and amazing customer service,!!!! Overall...prices have doubled in 3 months and the ADDITIONAL .40 cents a mile was not evident when making reservations. $3800 for using your truck for 3 days? And I had to buy the gas?? Literal highway robbery. Basic GOUGING. You should be ashamed. Greed. Pure greed. Bet those awesome guys that work for you didnt get their wages doubled in the last 4 months!David F.

This was not the location I reserved with. UHaul changed both the pickup location and downgraded the truck size the day before the rental was to begin. So not only did I get a smaller truck than planned I had to pay to Uber to the site vs. the site that was within walking distance of my home as planned.Christopher J.

I received a vehicle that had previously been in a wreck. I thought the vehicle looked a bit off, but could not place it. When I did note to the dealer there were a few dents and scratches, he stated, "You have full coverage, so it doesn't matter." The vehicle drove normally; the steering was straight and felt sturdy. However, I noticed when I pulled off the highway a couple of hundred miles later, the front passenger fender dragged on the tire. I maintained awareness of the wheel and alignment and no further issues arose, but I do think the vehicle had not been repaired correctly upon the wreck from a previous rental. I kept pictures of the scratches and dents. While the dents and scratches were not substantial, I have never been to a U-Haul that did not go over the scratches and dents with me before.Teddy B.

No proper disclosure we will be charged big fee for returning less than a half thank. This should have been verbally clarified. Also, the equipment is a major gas guzzler. I think it needs major overhaul. It's not properly insulated, it's very cold inside when truck is moving.Oluwagbenga O.

Although I was made aware of the dried cement on the floor boards, the truck should have been taken though the car wash before I used it and there should have been a "dings and dents" check off before I took the vehicle. The people waiting on me were efficient and most polite.John H.

I had no troubles with this u-haul location. I previously used the one off 142nd & Meridian and they tried to charge me 3 gallons of gas for 15 miles driven, after I had put in 2 gallons myself. Plus they charged me $35 for a "cleanup" fee, and wouldn't provide me with the picture proof that it needed cleaning, which it didn't. I'll use this u-haul location from now on.Michael F.

The "call center" that handled my reservations left a lot to be desired. Other than them reserving the equipment at the wrong location, which ended being very inconvenient and somewhat taxing, I was extremely with the customer service I received at the new location. The gentleman that was bringing the vehicles up to the customers was extremely helpful and was hustling to take care of three customers waiting for their vehicles at 0900 hours. He had to clear off snow on all three vehicles and had a difficult time getting the second vehicle's roll up door unfroze which increased everyone's waiting time.PAUL W.

I think $1.39 per mile is pretty expensive for a local move, which brought the total bill higher than what I hoped for, but it was still lower than every competitor. This is why I avoid rental trucks. No one mentioned that the truck only gets around 7 mpg, that would have been helpful. The brakes made a loud screech if I pressed them before the engine was turned on. It was still a good rental experience - good truck, lots of room, easy controls.ROBERT BRIAN B.
