Roderick SI shouldn’t have to post two reviews for the same rental. This is absolutely preposterous. I’m essentially doing your work for you. Figure out how to maintain a fleet and how to run an operation. I guess the pointed question of “was the location clean and inviting” is something on your radar because the place is a junkyard posing as a U-haul return center. But I guess that’s not much different than all of your other locations, probably. I had to call somebody’s personal cell phone and say my name and that I wanted to drop off the truck sooner than two days from now. Nice enough guy, but he didn’t pick up so I could confirm that right after the first confirmation call with the pick-up location. So I had to scramble and pray that he answered once we were finished with the equipment at the eleventh hour. The consumer shouldn’t have to make six different calls for one rental. The consumer should be able to confirm with ONE phone call for ONE rental of the TWO pieces of equipment he ordered and actually receive the TWO pieces of equipment. Terrible experience.

ARTHUR SMy experience was fine and the service was excellent, but the building and parking lot are in great disrepair. Broken glass needs to be fixed, and the wait area could use new furniture. The man who helped me was amazing though, and he did a great job of ensuring the process went smoothly and timely. The trailer was clean and working fine, except it was missing a security pin for the ball joint attachment

He didn’t have access to certain things like home stores so he had to call tech support for everything, like 3 calls. Also he never checked in my Uhaul and I had to call corporate to process my return

DANIEL EOriginal booking was changed to a different location causing us to be almost two hours behind on our move. Mobile app kept restarting and we had to take the same pictures over and over again making us lose about an hour and a half. Uhaul was almost out of gas. We had to refuel after first load

Teyona LMake sure when you assign a truck to somebody and the size truck that they want that you actually have it in stock not for the customer to find out later on you don't and then you wasted day that you were supposed to get it.
PAUL VThey gave the wrong password to the lock so road side had to come and cut it off and then when I finally got in the truck it was on E. The guy tried to argue me up and down!! I brought the truck back on the same thing it was gave to me on and they are trying to charge me a “Fuel Fee”. Now the owner wont answer the phone!!
