We got through quiet easily,,the customer service was excellent
PHILLIP BThe system was down and I had to wait longer than expected and when it didn't come back up the manager used his phone to check me out.....He was very kind to get me out the door.....U haul needs to have a backup when this happens
William tI had a little bit of a wait but that was due to the uhaul app. I couldn't check in using mobile app not scanning my license. The guys there were pleasant, efficient and listened to what I needed.
