very scary to me because at the time when i bring uhaul over there at that moment some scratchy people do some suspicious activity. even though application want allow me where to drop the uhaul key so finally i leave it in side the uhaul and call on 6783692753 let them know about the situation at the same time from there. But thus should need to update in application.

Parking Area was Tight to turn around in and crowded
2 times I have reserved a trailer. Both times I go to pick the trailer up at the location reserved,and they do not have the trailer. I'm told to call 1-800-uhaul and they will advise me of a location that has the trailer I need. After 45 minutes on the phone I finally get my trailer. This part is was the worst.
The manager of the U-Haul was not helpful in explaining to me why he was charging me a deposit. When I brought to his attention that last time I was charged a $100 deposit why is his a different price or why was I even being charged one. He just kept saying “it's a deposit†and wouldn't explain. He was rude when I dropped off the truck. I have dropped 2 other U-Haul trucks at this location & always same disrespectful service
The associate was very unprofessional with the way he kept claiming the system was down. I called the Gray hwy location and Candace took care of the order to which he got mad and called his boss. Then once we came back for the trailer it was another 2hr wait to get everything done.
The whole experience was professional and the truck was neat and clean. I will definitely use this location again in the future.
No smoking in building, wear mask, repair brakes on 20 footer, had to press extra hard and truck jerked and shook

Dirty run down abandoned garage in a really dangerous area. If it wasn't so close to final location I would have never used that location. Picture of the location might have helped.
The location right off the interstate is extremely convenient and the owner was helpful and knowledgable. The parking lot is small and had quite a few vehicles around (it is a collision repair so that's understandable), but that did make it difficult to maneuver. Regardless, I would definitely use this location again.
