How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst I reserved at one location get to the location 30 min early to find the pickup location was changed and it was a guarantee or $50that the truck I reserved would be available get to the changed pick up Location and they don’t have a 20 foot available
Timothy BI have rented U-Hauls for decades. The owner (Napoleon) was very helpful and kind. The truck was immaculate and I had no issues with it. If I ever need to rent a truck again, I will definitely use this location.
