I spent 45 minutes on hold because the GPS said I couldn't continue because I was not at the correct location and I was sitting right in front of the truck. Then I was charged for gas after I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Moving day stinks and Uhaul made it worse.Crystal S.
Terrible. Could not find the drop off box and customer couldn't tell me where it was. The area was over grown and dark.Austin B.
I am very unhappy with the computer 24 /7 not working correctly, leaving me without a truck and unable to get the website and app to work. It took the owner of the location to physically come out and fix the problems. I returned the truck within 4 hours but could not use the app once more. I will never use your company again. I am waiting to see how many errors appear on my bill. I expect the un needed charges such as having to use a 15 foot truck instead of the 10 I was promised, I should not have to pay that extra 10 dollars. Plus I do not expect the 20 dollar fee for not using 24/7 to say when I returned as it does not work. I have a screen shot to prove it. None of this is the locations error nor was it mine. Please contact me as this needs to be resolved and quickly.Ellis B.
