Charge me $40 for an extra day that was only 6 hours late and I called to tell them I was going to be late. I filled the gas tank and drove 55 miles when I turned it in the gage was a little about 3/4 full and that was where it was when I picked it up. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas.

The U-Haul mobile app, was very difficult to use. This should not be a reflection on the location as I am sure they have no control over this. To be perfectly frank, your app is awful and I will not use it again when needing a U-Haul.

We did not clean it before returning it because it was so badly muddied. On a good note, the young man who helped us was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would rent again from this location.

Sandra FingerleI dropped the truck off after hours so I did not enter the building. The drop box was clearly labeled which was great. The app for off hours drop off skipped verifying anything about the truck and went straight to the "Thank You - please put keys in drop box" but otherwise was fine.

Randy McCumseyThe vehicle worked excellent and did everything I needed it to. I had a brake fail on the vehicle which leaked brake fluid onto my driveway and stained it. I called the place that I dropped the vehicle off too and notified them of the issue.

Chris NeubacherMy Uhaul rental experience went very well. The 20' truck was at the location per reservation. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Pickup was OK, as I used the mobile app. (Before office hours) Connection was slow due to no internet. Had to use wifi hotspot on phone. Over all pickup process time was 40 mins. Next rental I would not use mobile app pickup or drop off but use the rental office.
robert weickelThe millage limit was off. I did not extra miles to get from place to place. You charged me 14 dollars more because we were not exactly from center of city to center of city. The 14 miles can be easily addressed by driving to and from the Uhall location. This is really bullshit.

Cheryl SipesOn-line and cell phone check-in was an absolute nightmare! I completed the reservation on my laptop the day before ("all set") and I received a 24/7 text that stated that I did not have a reservation. All my info was there, the "system" just did not recognize my email address to complete the reservation. I had to do it all over again prompt by prompt on my cell phone. A mega hassle. Just because of that, I'll be checking out other rental companies in the future. You need to streamline your reservation process !! The truck ran fine and we accomplished our mission, so I am happy for that.

Naomi CavinessI would NOT recommend picking up a truck prior to the store opening! The online app did not work correctly. It took 1.5 hours to sign in to get the lockbox code. That was with the customer service rep. The process had to be restarted several times. It was very frustrating!! The side mirror on the truck could not be adjusted, which was a safety issue.
