Because the primary business is not U-Haul related, they did not have both furniture dollies we ordered (only because they were not dropped off since they do not store that type of equipment). The staff was very friendly, but the services are more limited since it isn't a full U-Haul dealer, but for just renting a truck this location is easy to use.

The first location I booked the rental didn’t have the truck but had the keys in the drop box
