The dolly inside the truck was in our way and because we had to remove it to move our furniture we had to be charged for it. I declined the dolly when I completed the internet questionnaire and yet I was still charged for it.

The lockbox that was supposed to be on the back of the truck was across the street in front of the office. Due to this, I left with the truck over an hour later than intended. Also, there was a can of Sprite in the cupholder when I got in.

Hard to find on google maps. The drop off is across the street from the main place to rent and drop keys. Busy road. Not much room to park

I went there at 5:30 in the morning to get my uhaul. I couldn't find the key so I called and whoever I spoke with told me to look in the back of the truck because that's where they keep them. But that was wrong. So he told me that he'll take $50 off for an inconvenience and told me to go back at 9 when they garage opens. I went back and they couldn't figure it out either. I finally got the keys at 10. And I got my bill and didn't receive the $50 off. Needless to i probably won't rent from them again

First trailer had a bad tire, (6x3) inch strip of tread peeling off. 2nd trailer had missing safety chains in the front and rear causing me to use ratchet straps. Uhaul rep was lost.

First off lady didn't know what she was doing entering information messed the screen up three times i had appointment and almost Lost it cuz she didn't know what she was doing i would not recommend this location to anyone very poor equipment and services

Dropped the truck off on Sunday with the same amount of gas we picked it up with and got a charge on my card for $14.88 for gas after we left. When I called he said it was 1/16 less than we picked it up. Seriously?? The gauge was just over 1/4 tank which is how we got it. Ridiculous.

The tires were all mismatched and the left rear was almost down to the wear marks. Wiper blades need replaced. I had dry roads so not an issue for me.

I realize that it is difficult to control the inventory of vehicles to insure that each reservation will be meet but when someone is moving the last thing people need is the stress over whether they will have a truck or not. Because what happens if on the Tuesday before moving weekend you call and tell someone they don't have a truck! Thanks.

Have the trucks where the customer reserves them for. Two times I have gotten a truck to move, and both times I had to add approximately 20 extra miles onto the truck just because the trucks were further away from the place I wanted to pick it up. Which then added more money onto my total by $40-$50. Not satisfied at all.

Let customers know at pickup that there are furniture pads and a dolly in the back of the truck taking up room. Customers should be given the option of having those removed, so they can use the whole capacity of the truck when needed.

$0.79/mile is outrageous. After using the truck for a 50 mile round-trip and putting $22 gas back in the truck, I was $120 in and only had the truck for a couple hours. Will look for other moving options in the future.

I had a billing question and called the 1800UHaul number and was connected to Joe who from the beginning was defensive and argumentative with me. It got to the point where he was just being rude. I was able to get my question answered from the dealer and all was well. Having the experience that I had with the customer service at 1800UHAUL I will being lookin elsewhere for my companies future rental needs.
