SCOTT ENo space to pull off of the road with the trailer!! Very tight area !!! The people are very friendly but it is just a bad location.
TIMOTHY SThe website is NOT user friendly, I would put in information and when I would go back to the sight the info was gone. I did have to change the date once, which was very easy. The website also states one-way and round trip moving. I registered online at Wilson’s in Bridgeport, OH thinking I was dropping off in WV. Two days before the move I contacted Wilson’s and the told me I had to return the truck to them. That’s NOT ACCEPTABLE. Thank goodness calling U-Haul office they were able to get a truck the next day at Middle Creek Garage in Triadelphia, WV. Everything else was fine, need a better online service .
