I had reserved for mobile pick up but unfortunately the keys were not placed in the drop box/the mobile pick up was not prepared. Thankfully the staff was at the building early and the staff helped us get the reservation figured out eventually, but pickup took nearly an hour due to troubles.

The person that registered me (female with black hair who would not give me her name) was so rude to me that if my move wasn’t so urgent I would have walked out! She acted like I was an inconvenience when I was the only customer. The app was not working (would not take my information when attempting to mobile register) properly and I needed assistance. I have never had a sales person show me such attitude, ignorance and disrespect me in this manner that I would write a review like this! It’s a shame you have a person like this representing your company in such a poor manner.

Phillip TI dropped after hours and someone that worked there was helpful and parked the truck after I finished checking it in.
MARK GWell to no fault of the location I rented from but U-Haul site was down when I went to pick up my rental and they could not complete the transition so I had to reschedule for the next day which created several issues for me, again it wasn't the U-Haul dealer it was with the U-Haul web site, I rent frequently if you look at my history and again this ended up costing me money because I had personal waiting but had to have them come back the next day.
